The purpose of this study was to evaluate the visual evoked responses in different hemi fields of vision in normal individuals. Methods: The study included 80 eyes of normal subjects aged 18-38 years. All participants were underwent detailed examination including refraction and visual acuity. Pattern reversal VEP responses were recorded in different hemi fields. Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance (SPSS statistical software, Version 20) was used to compare responses recorded in different hemi fields, amplitude and latency of VEP. Results: The averages of maximum and minimum value of P100 amplitude were found in the temporal and inferior retinas, respectively. Moreover, lowest latency was observed in the superior retina and greatest latency was in the nasal retina. The results showed a significant difference in P100 amplitude and latency between different hemi fields. Conclusions: This study revealed the details of local VEP distribution in the visual field and there was a significant difference in the amplitude and latency of the VEP wave in different hemi fields of vision. In our study, the most visual sensitivity (lowest latency and maximum amplitude) is in the superior and temporal retinas, which has the lowest latency and the highest amplitude, respectively. Superior and temporal areas of the retina seem to have a better response in the PVEP test.}, keywords = {VEP,visual field,latency,amplitude}, title_fa = {بررسی پاسخ های برانگیخته بینایی در بخش ‌های مختلف در افراد نرمال}, abstract_fa = {هدف: Visual Evoked Potentialیک روش ابجکتیو برای بررسی عملکرد بینایی میباشد.هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی پاسخ های برانگیخته بینایی در همی فیلدهای مختلف بینایی در افراد نرمال می باشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه بر روی 80 چشم افراد نرمال با دامنه سنی (38-18) سال انجام شد. تمامی شرکت کنندگان تحت معاینات بینایی شامل بررسی عیوب انکساری و حدت بینایی قرار گرفتند. پاسخ های Pattern reversal VEP شامل دامنه و زمان تاخیر P100 موج VEP در بخش های مختلف بینایی ثبت شد. برای مقایسه پاسخ های ثبت شده در همی فیلدهای مختلف، دامنه و زمان تاخیر موج VEP، از آزمون آنالیز واریانس با داده های تکراری با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 استفاده شد. یافته ها: میانگین بیشترین و کمترین مقدار دامنه P100 موج VEP به ترتیب در ناحیه گیجگاهی (Temporal) و تحتانی رتین میباشد. همچنین کمترین مقدار زمان تاخیر در ناحیه فوقانی و بیشترین مقدار آن در ناحیه Nasal رتین میباشد. با توجه به نتایج داده ها، تفاوت معناداری بین بخش های مختلف بینایی از نظر دامنه و زمان تاخیر وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش به طور نسبی جزییات توزیع VEP لوکال را در بخش های میدان بینایی نشان داد و با توجه به معنادار بودن تفاوت دامنه و زمان تاخیر موج VEP در بخش های مختلف بینایی، بیشترین حساسیت بینایی (کمترین زمان تاخیر و بیشترین دامنه) در قسمت  فوقانی و گیجگاهی رتین می باشد که  به ترتیب دارای کمترین زمان تاخیر و بیشترین دامنه را دارا می باشند. ناحیه فوقانی و گیجگاهی رتین به نظر می رسد دارای پاسخ بهتری در آزمون PVEP باشند. }, keywords_fa = {پتانسیل برانگیخته بینایی,میدان بینایی,دامنه,زمان تاخیر}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_10346.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_10346_408f4433dc1e330183c9e8fb8323e274.pdf} }
