The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of three corrective exercise methods on the quality of life and forward head angle of people with upper cross syndrome. Methods: The present study was a semi-experimental and pre-posttest. A total of 30 patients were selected from all the patients referred to the Ilam city Clinical corrective exercise, who were suffering from upper cross syndrome and divided randomly into three experimental groups. The first experimental group performed the combined lower and upper limb corrective exercises for eight weeks. The second experimental group performed the upper limb exercises during the same period, and the third group performed the same lower limb exercise program during the same period. Before and after intervention, quality of life and forward head angle were measured using the SF-36 scale and the Photogrammetry. In data analysis, the significance level was pResults:  All three groups showed a significant difference before and after intervention on the quality of life scale (p<0.05) and forward head angle (p<0.05). A comparison of the data between three groups regarding the quality of life scale and forward head angle showed a significant difference before and after the training period, also the results showed that the improvement in upper and lower combinations was more than the other two groups. Conclusion:  Upper and lower extremity correction exercises have an effect on the quality of life and forward head angle in people with upper crossover syndrome. Therefore, occupational therapies may improve the program of lower and upper limb combined exercises in treatment of affected patients.}, keywords = {Upper Cross Syndrome,Forward head,Corrective exercises}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر سه روش اصلاحی بر کیفیت زندگی و سر به جلو در مردان مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: سندرم متقاطع فوقانی موجب بروز ناراستایی در بدن می شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه اثر سه روش تمرینات اصلاحی بر کیفیت زندگی و زاویه سر به جلو در افراد مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی بود. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر به صورت نیمه تجربی و پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بود. بین کلیه افراد مراجعه کننده به کلینیک حرکات اصلاحی شهر ایلام که مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی بودند، تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه تجربی قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی اول به مدت هشت هفته تمرینات ترکیبی منتخب اصلاحی اندام تحتانی و فوقانی را انجام دادند. گروه تجربی دوم در مدت مشابه برنامه تمرینات اندام فوقانی و گروه سوم نیز در همین مدت برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی پایین تنه را انجام دادند. قبل و بعد از مداخله کیفیت زندگی و زاویه سر به جلو افراد به ترتیب با استفاده از مقیاس SF-36 و فوتوگرامتری اندازه گیری شد. در تحلیل داده ها سطح معنی داری 0/05>p استفاده شد.  یافته‌ ها:  هر سه گروه تفاوت معنی‌ داری را در قبل و بعد از مداخله در مورد مقیاس کیفیت زندگی (0/05>p) و میزان زاویه سر به جلو (0/05>p) نشان دادند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که میزان بهبودی در گروه تمرینات ترکیبی فوقانی و تحتانی بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر بود. نتیجه گیری: تمرینات اصلاحی اندام های فوقانی و تحتانی بر کیفیت زندگی و زاویه سر به جلو در افراد مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی موثر بوده لذا، کاردرمان ها می توانند از برنامه تمرینات ترکیبی اندام تحتانی و فوقانی در درمان افراد مبتلا بهبودی بیشتری حاصل کنند.}, keywords_fa = {سندرم متقاطع فوقانی,سر به جلو,تمرینات اصلاحی}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_12525.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_12525_e8a14c2e90b449b1f832137b1afbc1d2.pdf} }
