Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare frequency domain of ground reaction forces during walking with and without textured insoles in blind individuals. Methods: 12 blind males (age: 29.66±4.39 years) volunteered to participate in this study. A foot scan system was used for measuring frequency spectrum of ground reaction forces during walking with and without textured insoles. Paired sample t-test was used for statistical analysis. Results: The findings indicated similar walking speed during walking with and without textured insoles in blind individuals (P>0.05). The frequency content with power 99.5% in the vertical ground reaction force component during walking with insoles were greater than that walking without it (p=0.039). Also, the frequency content with power 99.5% in the 3rd toe and 4th toe during orthoses condition were greater than that without it (p<0.05). In addition, frequency bandwidth in the 3rd toe region of the foot in insole condition was lower than that without insole condition (p=0.039). Conclusion: Although there was similar walking speed during walking with and without textured insoles in blind individuals, there were lower frequency bandwidth and median frequency of ground reaction forces during orthoses condition compared to without.}, keywords = {Texture insoles,walking,Ground reaction force,Frequency content,Blind}, title_fa = {بررسی طیف فرکانس نیروهای عکس العمل زمین طی راه رفتن با و بدون استفاده از کفی بافت‌دار در مردان نابینا}, abstract_fa = {هدف: با توجه به تغییر مکانیزم راه رفتن افراد نابینا در مقایسه با افراد سالم، انتظار میرود استفاده از کفی بافت دار در نابینایان باعث تغییر در مکانیزم و نیروهای عکس العمل وارده به اندام تحتانی و مفاصل گردد. بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی طیف فرکانس نیروهای عکس العمل زمین طی راه فتن با و بدون کفی در افراد نابینا بود. روش بررسی:  12 مرد نابینا (4/39 ± 29/66 سال) داوطلب شرکت در این مطالعه شدند. برای اندازه گیری طیففرکانس نیروهای عکس العمل زمین با و بدون کفی بافت دار طی راه رفتن از فوت اسکن استفاده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون تی زوجی استفاده گردید. یافته ‌ها: نتایج نشان داد سرعت راهرفتن در افراد نابینا طی دو شرایط با و بدون کفی اختلاف معنی داری ندارد (0/05>p). فرکانس با توان 99/5 درصد در مولفه ی عمودی نیروی عکس العمل زمین در افراد نابینا طی راه رفتن با کفی 15/19 درصد بیشتر از راه رفتن بدون کفی بود (0/039=p). همچنین فرکانس با توان 99/5 درصد در قسمت استخوان کف پایی سوم و چهارم  طی شرایط استفاده از کفی بیشتر از شرایط بدون کفی بود (0/05>p). به علاوه، پهنای باند فرکانس در راستای عمودی در قسمت های استخوان های کف پایی سوم طی شرایط استفاده از کفی کمتر از شرایط عدم استفاده از کفی بود (0/039=p).   نتیجه ‌گیری: اگرچه در افراد نابینا استفاده از کفی طی راه رفتن اختلاف معنی داری در سرعت نداشتند ولی استفاده از کفی باعث کاهش میانه فرکانسی و پهنای باند فرکانسی نیروهای عکس العمل زمین طی راه رفتن گردید.    }, keywords_fa = {کفی تکسچر,راه رفتن,نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین,محتوای فرکانس,نابینا}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_16359.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_16359_6e01149a18d0baa7f67fc917c8bd83bd.pdf} }
