The present study investigates the confronting naming ability in patients with TBI. Methods: Present research was a prescriptive-analytic cross-sectional study examined 20 TBI patients (10 male and 10 female), with the age ranged between 18 to 45 years. Participants, with a score above of 20 in Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), were assessed with Persian naming test. Results: Our findings demonstrated that the mean of correct answers without cue was 87.9, and the mean of correct answers with semantic and phonological cues were 3.3 and 1.2, respectively. However, the mean of false answers was 4.8, and the mean of no answered questions was 2.8. Furthermore, the mean of semantic and phonological pseudo-words were 4.5 and 0.4, respectively, while the sum of correct answers was noted as 92.4. Conclusion: This research differs from other researches in severity of the disorders in population and definition of the naming process. Naming disorder in TBI patients with mild to moderate damage was mild, and semantic pseudo-words were less correct than other words. Therefore, semantic cue could be helpful for word retrieval in TBI patients. Therefore, in these patients to retrieve words, semantic priming may be effective and recommended as a treatment strategy.}, keywords = {Confronting naming,Traumatic brain injury,Language}, title_fa = {بررسی توانایی نامیدن در مواجهه در افراد دچار آسیب مغزی تروماتیک مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امدادی مشهد}, abstract_fa = {هدف: در حوادثی که منجر به آسیب مغزی می شود، قشر پره فرونتال نسبت به قسمت های دیگر مغز بیشتر در معرض خطر قرار دارد و در نتیجه باعث بد عملکردی در سطوح بالای شناختی و کارکردهای اجرایی از جمله زبان و فرآیند بازیابی واژه می شود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و ارزیابی توانایی نامیدن در مواجهه در بیماران آسیب مغزی تروماتیک می پردازد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی روی20 بیمار (10 مرد و 10 زن)، 18 تا 45 ساله انجام شد. از آزمودنی ها تست ارزیابی مختصر وضعیت شناختی گرفته می شد که باید نمره ی بالای20 را کسب می کردند و سپس با آزمون نامیدن فارسی مورد ارزیابی قرار می گرفتند. تمامی بیماران به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از بیمارستانشهید کامیاب مشهد انتخاب شدند. یافته ها: یافته های نشان دادند که میانگین پاسخ های صحیح بدون راهنمایی 87/9، پاسخ های صحیح با راهنمایی معنایی 3/3، پاسخ های صحیح با راهنمایی آوایی 1/2، پاسخ های غلط 4/8، بدون پاسخ 2/8  و میانگین مجموع پاسخ های صحیح 92/4 است که نشان از این دارد که راهنماییهای معنایی بیشترین تاثیر را در بین انواع راهنمایی ها دارد. همچنین میانگین شبه واژه های معنایی 4/5 و شبه واژه های واجی 0/4 بود. نتیجه گیری: ناهمسویی پژوهش حاضر با سایر تحقیقات به شدت اختلال در جمعیت مورد مطالعه و تعریف از فرایند نامیدن برمی گردد. شدت اختلال نامیدن در بیماران آسیب مغزی تروماتیک خفیف و متوسط، از نوع خفیف می باشد. پاسخ های اشتباه آزمودنی ها، بیشتر از نوع شبه واژه های معنایی بود. از این رو برای بازیابی واژه در این بیماران، راهنمایی معنایی می تواند کمک مؤثری باشد و می تواند به عنوان راهبرد درمانی معرفی گردد.}, keywords_fa = {نامیدن در مواجهه,آسیب مغزی تروماتیک,زبان}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_2340.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_2340_75cf10db95f71e3691cdfef2219a3a0f.pdf} }
