بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و تعیین ارتباط آنها با ناتوانی عملکردی در اندام فوقانی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز
هدف: اختلال به معنینقص در عملکرد ساختارهای بدن نظیر سیستم اسکلتی-عضلانی است و ناتوانی جنبههای منفی تعامل بین فرد و محیط میباشد. بررسی ارتباط بین اختلال و ناتوانی، سهم اختلال را در ایجاد ناتوانی مشخص مینماید. لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و تعیین رابطه بین این اختلالات با ناتوانی عملکردی اندام فوقانی در پرستاران بوده است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر مطالعهای مشاهدهای از نوع مقطعی است که در بازه زمانی دو ماهه شهریور و مهرماه 1392 در سه بیمارستان دولتی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام گرفت. 72 پرستار در دسترس واجد شرایط که در زمان نمونه- گیری در ایستگاههای پرستاری بیمارستان مستقر بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات به شکل خود-اظهاری با استفاده از پرسشنامههای نوردیک و DASH جمعآوری شد. شیوع اختلالات در نواحی مختلف اندام فوقانی برآورد گردید. سطح ناتوانی در دو گروه با و بدون اختلال به کمک آزمون تی استیودنت بررسی شد. ارتباط بین وجود اختلال و ناتوانی به کمک ضریب Eta بررسی گردید. یافتهها: 70/8% از پرستاران مورد مطالعه، اختلال را در حداقل یک ناحیه از اندام فوقانی خود گزارش کردند. میانگین نمره DASH، 15/7±19/2 بود. سطح ناتوانی عملکردی اندام فوقانی در افراد دارای اختلال بطور معنادار بیشتر از افراد بدون اختلال بود (0/018=p). لیکن ضریب Eta معادل 0/28 نشان داد که همبستگی بین اختلال و ناتوانی در مطالعه حاضر ضعیف است. نتیجهگیری: شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی اندام فوقانی در پرستاران مورد مطالعه نسبتاً بالاست با این حال نمره 19/2 در پرسشنامه DASH بیانگر این است که میزان ناتوانی در جامعه مذکور پایین است. ارتباط ضعیف بین اختلال و ناتوانی در این مطالعه میتواند به علت پیچیده و غیرخطّی بودن رابطه بین این دو عامل باشد که نیاز به بررسیهای دقیقتر و مطالعات بیشتر را ضروری میسازد.

بررسی درمان شنیداری-کلامی مبتنی بر موسیقی و بازی برمهارتهای زبانی کودکان کم شنوا
هدف: بطور طبیعی یک کودک عادی، گفتار و زبان را در یک محیطی غنی از زبان برای برقراری ارتباط میآموزد. با این حال، کودکان کم شنوا مشکلاتی در یادگیری این مهارتهای زبانی دارند. بنابراین، آموزش این نوع مهارتها در زمان طلائی و با رویکردی مناسب بسیار مهم به نظر میرسد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش مداخله یک روش توانبخشی تلفیقی (شامل تمامی ابعاد زبانی، رشدی، انگیزشی و موسیقیائی متناسب با الگوهای رشد طبیعی گفتار و زبان) و مقایسه آن با روشهای مرسوم و سنتی میباشد. روش بررسی: در مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی حاضر، 52 کودک کمشنوا در مقطع سنی زیر سه سال بر اساس اصل حق انتخاب مراجع در یک بازه زمانی شش ماهه در دو گروه برای این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. نمونه ها شامل کودکان با آسیب شنوایی شدید تا عمیق میباشند که همگی دورههای اولیه آموزش توانبخشی با سمعک را میگذرانند. این افراد در صورت عدم پاسخ مناسب به سمعک بعد از شش ماه دوره آموزشی به عنوان کاندید برای کاشت حلزون شنوائی در نظر گرفته میشوند. آزمودنیها تحت آموزش دو رویکرد آموزشی متفاوت یکی روش تربیت شنوائی صرف (Auditory Training; AT) و دیگری روش شنوایی-کلامی مبتنی بر بازی، ریتم و آهنگ(Auditory-Verbal Music Play Therapy; AVPMT) میباشند. همگی نمونهها قبل و بعد از مداخله مورد ارزیابی واقع میشوند. ابزار ارزیابی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه "آزمون سنجش رشد نیوشا" میباشد که توسط این آزمون سطح نمرات مهارتهای زبان دریافتی و زبان بیانی این دو گروه توسط روشهای آماری و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 18 تجزیه و تحلیل آماری میشوند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان میدهد که بین میانگین امتیاز زبان بیانی و زبان دریافتی کودکان کم شنوائی که از روش شنیداری-کلامی مبتنی بر بازی، ریتم و آهنگ استفاده میکنند نسبت به کودکان مشابه که از روش تربیت شنوائی صرف استفاده میکنند، تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و مهارتهای زبانی این کودکان رشد قابل توجهی را نشان میدهد (0/05>p). نتیجه گیری: کودکان کمشنوا در صورت تشخیص در دوران بحرانی اکتساب زبان و با استفاده از مداخلات توانبخشی مناسب که تمامی جنبههای زبان (شنوایی،کلامی، موسیقیائی و انگیزشی) را دربرمیگیرد این فرصت را خواهند داشت که مراحل رشد زبان را سریعتر و نزدیک به کودکان همتای شنوائی خود سپری کنند.

هدف: گیرندههای عمقی، اطلاعات مفصل و عضله را از طریق اعصاب حسی به مراکز عصبی مرکزی منتقل میکنند، و آنچه باعث بهبود ثبات و پیشگیری از آسیب میشود، هماهنگی عصبی عضلانی است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین با تخته تعادل بر حس عمقی، دامنه حرکتی و قدرت عضلانی مچ پای دختران کاراته کار بود. روش بررسی: در پژوهش نیمه تجربی حاضر تعداد 25 نفر از دختران کاراته باز استان کرمان به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و به دو گروه تجربی 13 نفر (سن 2/2± 12/8 سال، قد15/1±150 سانتیمتر، و وزن 7/2± 40/3 کیلوگرم) و کنترل 12 نفر (سن 2/1± 13/5 سال، قد 12/2± 154/6 سانتیمتر، و وزن 10/7± 44/2 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. حس عمقی (Goniometer with Pedal)،دامنه حرکتی(Universal Goniometer)، ، قدرت عضلانی (Lafayette Manual MuscleTesting System) مچ پای کاراته بازها، قبل و بعد از 8 هفته تمرین در چهار جهت (dorsiflection، Plantarflexion ، Aversion ، Inversion) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. گروه کنترل به تمرینات کاتا ادامه دادند، در حالی که گروه تجربی 8 هفته تمرینات تخته تعادل را 3 جلسه در هفته، به مدت 30 دقیقه به اضافه ی تمرینات کاتا انجام دادند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل آزمون شاپیروویلک و تی همبسته در سطح معناداری کمتر از (0/05≥p) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بهبود معناداری در حس عمقی (dorsiflection، Plantarflexion ، Aversion ،Invertion)، دامنه حرکتی (dorsiflection، Aversion ،Invertion)، قدرت عضلانی (dorsiflection، Plantarflexion ، Aversion ، Inversion)گروه تجربی پس از هشت هفته تمرین یافت شد (0/05≥p). در حالی که در گروه کنترل بهبود معناداری مشاهده نگردید (0/05p≤). همچنین بهبود معناداری در دامنه حرکتی Plantarflexion مچ پا در نمونههای گروه تجربی و کنترل بین پیش و پس از هشت هفته تمرین دیده نشد (0/05≥p). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر چنین به نظر میرسد که تمرین با تخته تعادل بر بهبود متغیرهای عصبی-عضلانی موثر است و میتواند به عنوان یک مداخله تاثیرگذار در پیشگیری و کاهش آسیب مورد توجه قرارگیرد.

بررسی بهترین اسفر فیت شده، برآمدگی و آستیگماتیسم قرنیه در گروهبندیهای مختلف قوز قرنیه
هدف: بررسی بهترین اسفر فیت شده، برآمدگی و آستیگماتیسم سطوح قدامی و خلفی در گروهبندیهای مختلف قوز قرنیه و تعیین تفاوت و ارتباط بین آنها.روش بررسی: در این مطالعهی گذشته نگر، 161 بیمار مبتلا به قوز قرنیه با میانگین سنی6/10±22/35 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. حدت بینایی دور اصلاح شده، عیب انکساری اسفر، عیب انکساری آستیگماتیسم و اطلاعات پنتاکم این بیماران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تقسیمبندی قوز قرنیه بر مبنای سیستم طبقهبندی آمسلر-کرامیخ (Amsler-krumeich) انجام شد. میانگین، تفاوت و رابطه بین متغیرها با یکدیگر و نیز در گروه بندی های متفاوت قوز قرنیه با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: میانگین حدت بینایی اصلاح شده دور در بین 4 گروه بندی قوز قرنیه تفاوت معناداری داشت (0/001≥p). همچنین برای آستیگماتیسم، برآمدگی و بهترین اسفر فیت شده سطوح قدامی، خلفی و آستیگماتیسم کلی قرنیه، اختلاف آماری قابل ملاحظهای در میانگین 4 گروهبندی قوز قرنیه مشاهده شد (0/05≥p) تمام پارامترها، آزمون کروسکال والیس). با بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها مشخص شد که قویترین ارتباط بین آستیگماتیسم قدامی و خلفی در گروه بندی 1 ( 0/001≥p و0/924=r)، برای برآمدگی قدامی و خلفی در گروه بندی 2 (0/001≥p و0/903=r) و برای بهترین اسفر فیت شده قدامی و خلفی (0/001≥p و0/923=r) در گروه کلی مبتلایان به قوز قرنیه وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه مقادیر بهترین اسفر فیت شده، برآمدگی و آستیگماتیسم سطوح قدامی و خلفی را در گروههای مختلف قوز قرنیه تعیین نمود. همچنین این مطالعه نشان داد که بین یکسری از پارامترهای اندازه گیری شده با پنتاکم در سطح قدامی و خلفی قرنیه ارتباط قوی وجود دارد لیکن این ارتباط قوی برای تمامی پارامتر های مذکور مشاهده نمی شود. یافته های مطالعه حاضر می تواند در بررسی بالینی قوز قرنیه، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تحلیل کینتیک راه رفتن در بیماران مبتلا به اسکولیوز نوجوانی ناشناخته
هدف: درناهنجاری اسکولیوز نوجوانی ناشناخته، هنوز تعامل بین انحراف ستون مهرهای با جنبههای کینتیکی راه رفتن به خوبی شناسایی نشده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تحلیل نیروی عکسالعمل زمین در مرحله استقرار راه رفتن در بیماران اسکولیوز نوجوانی ناشناخته و مقایسه آنها با نوجوانان سالم بود. روش بررسی: تعداد 19 دختر 11 تا 16 ساله مبتلا به اسکولیوز و 18 دختر سالم همگن با سن، قد و جرم مشابه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نیروهای عکس العمل زمین در جهتهای عمودی (Fz) (GRF force in Z axis) ، قدامیـخلفی (Fy) (GRF force in Y axis) ، و داخلیـخارجی (Fx) (GRF force in Z axis) و نیز جنبه های کینماتیکی بدن هنگام راه رفتن با استفاده از دو تخته نیروی Kistler ((1000 Hz و یک دستگاه Vicon با 4 دوربین سری T، اندازه گیری شدند. پس از پردازش داد هها و همگ نسازی آنها بر حسب وزن، متغیرهای اوج نیروهای عکس العمل زمین، نرخ بارگذاری، اندازه ضربه، متغیرهای زمانی نیروی عکس العمل و شاخص عدم تقارن در متغیرهای مختلف محاسبه گردیدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون آزمون آنالیز واریانس چند متغیره و آنالیز واریانس اندازههای تکراری در سطح معنی داری 0/05 پردازش شدند. یافته ها: در هر سه جهت عمودی، قدامی ـ خلفی و داخلی ـ خارجی، نیروی عکس العمل زمین پای راست بیماران اسکولیوز و افراد سالم مشابه بودند (0/05<p). در پای چپ نیز در جهات قدامی ـ خلفی و داخلی ـ خارجی، هر دو گروه نیروی عکسالعمل یکسانی داشتند (0/05<p) اما اولین اوج Fz در بیماران اسکولیوز کمتر از افراد سالم بود (0/03=p). اندازه ضربه، نرخ بارگذاری و زمان رسیدن به اوج نیروی عکس العمل نیز در دو گروه تفاوتی نداشتند (0/05<p). در همه متغیرها شاخص عدم تقارن بیماران اسکولیوز مشابه افراد سالم بود (0/05<p).نتیجهگیری:بیماری اسکولیوز با کاهش اولین اوج نیروی عکس العمل Fz در راه رفتن همراه است. بررسی تاثیر عوامل مختلف از جمله عملکرد عضلات اندام تحتانی می تواند در تشریح کم و کیف این افت نیروی عکس العمل مفید باشد. برای آسیب شناسی و درک تعامل این پدیده با بروز و پیشرفت انحنا باید مطالعات پیچیده تری انجام شوند.

تجربه و علل پزشکی تدافعی از دیدگاه دستیاران تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد
هدف: پزشکی تدافعی، تصمیمگیریهای درمان پزشکان است به منظور محدود کردن خطاهای پزشکی که میتواند عواقبی را به لحاظ کیفیت مراقبت افراد و بهرهوری از منابع محدود سلامت در پی داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه میزان تجربه پزشکی تدافعی و علل بروز از دیدگاه دستیاران تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی در بین تمام دستیاران تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 94 است. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. دادهها در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 ثبت گردید و با استفاده از شاخصهای آماری توصیفی و روش آمار استباطی، آزمون فریدمن در سطح معنی داری 0/05 ،آنالیز شد. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ تجربه ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ دﻓﺎﻋﻲ نسبتا زیاد ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. همچنین تجربه پزشکی تدافعی در جزئیات بدین صورت است که، 149 نفر 38/8 درصد تجربه زیاد و 11 نفر تجربه کم 2/8 درصد پزشکی تدافعی داشتهاند. بیشترین علت بروز پزشکی تدافعی "برای جلوگیری از مورد دادخواهی قرار گرفتن و اقدام قضایی از طرف بیماران" 87/2% و کمترین علت آن، نداشتن بیمه مسئولیت و جلوگیری ریسک از دست رفتن سرمایه مالی پزشک، 43/7% گزارش شده است. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﮔﻴﺮی: نتایج حاکی است پزشکی تدافعی در دستیاران تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نسبتا بالا است، در این راستا ﻟﺬا ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﻲﺷﻮد آﻣﻮزشهای ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ رﻓﻊ اﻳﻦ ﭘﺪﻳﺪه و هدایت ﺑﻪ سمت ابعاد مثبت آن به ﭘﺰﺷﻜﺎن داده ﺷﻮد و این در حالی است که با اقدمات کاملا ساده این پدیده کاهش مییابد.

میزان آمادگی پرستاران بیمارستانهای آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران برای استفاده از سیستم مدیریت دارو بوسیله بارکد
هدف: یکی از فناوریهایی که برای مرحله مدیریت و اجرای دستورات دارویی نقش کارامدی داشته و منجر به ایمنی دارویی میشود، سیستم مدیریت دارو بوسیله بارکد میباشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آمادگی پرستاران مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران برای استفاده از این سیستم انجام شد. روش بررسی: تعداد 28 مدیر پرستاری به صورت سرشماری و 283 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران به صورت تصادفی درسال 94 وارد مطالعه شدند. برای ارزیابی آمادگی نیروی انسانی، "صلاحیت و توانمندی پرستاران" و "آموزش پرستاران" از دیدگاه مدیران پرستاری و همچنین "نگرش پرستاران نسبت به استفاده از سیستم مدیریت دارو بوسیله بارکد" بررسی شد. ابزار گردآوری داده دو پرسشنامه بود. از روشهای آماری توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. یافته ها: آمادگی بیمارستانها از نظر نگرش پرستاران نسبت به استفاده از این سیستم در سطح بسیار خوب بود ( 76/4 درصد). آمادگی از نظر صلاحیت و توانمندی پرستاران در سطح خوب ( 53/2 درصد) و از نظر آموزش پرستاران در سطح ضعیف (23/1 درصد) بود. نتیجه گیری: نگرش پرستاران نسبت به سیستم مدیریت دارو بوسیله بارکد در سطح خوب بود. با وجود این مشکلاتی از جمله آموزش کم و نداشتن برنامههای آموزشی مشخص در زمینه بارکد و سیستم مدیریت دارو بوسیله بارکد از جمله نواقصی است که میتواند پیادهسازی سیستم را با مشکل مواجه کند.

طراحی آزمون حافظه فعال شنیداری و بررسی روایی و پایایی آن
هدف: با توجه به نقش حافظه فعال شنیداری در اکتساب زبان کودکان و ارتباط آن با رشد جوانب مهم زبان مانند اکتساب واژگان و همین طور توانایی این سیستم در ذخیره سازی اطلاعات و دستکاری آنها را در یک دامنه ی زمانی کوتاه مدت در این پژوهش بر آن شدیم تا با استفاده از ناکلمه که منعکس کننده ی عملکرد واقعی حافظه ی فعال شنیداری است ابزاری مناسب برای بررسی عملکرد حافظه فعال شنیداری تهیه کرده تا با کمک آن علاوه بر تعیین دقیق ظرفیت این حافظه، بتوان قابلیت دستکاری اطلاعات توسط این سیستم را نیز بررسی کرد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی و از نوع ابزارسازی بود. ابتدا کلمات و ناکلمات تعیین گردید پس از طراحی آزمون پرسش نامه ی روایی محتوایی شامل 16 کلمه در بخش کلمه و 16 ناکلمه در بخش ناکلمه جهت محاسبهی روایی محتوایی در اختیار صاحب نظران موضوعی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کودکان فارسی زبان 9 الی 14 سالهی فارسی زبان شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونهگیری چند مرحله ای 96 نفر از کودکان 9 الی 14 سالهی فارسی زبانی مدارس ابتدایی (پایه های سوم تا ششم) و راهنمایی (هفتم و هشتم) شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. آزمایه طی دو مرحله (مرحله اول اجرای آزمایشی و مرحله دوم اجرای نهایی و تعیین پایایی آزمایه ) اجرا گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان می دهد کلمات و ناکلمات دارای روایی محتوایی می باشند. میانگین امتیاز آزمودنیها در بخش کلمه 8/49، ناکلمه 7/76 و میانگین مجموع امتیازها 16/25 بدست آمد. بین اجراهای متوالی نیز ضریب همبستگی در بخش کلمه 0/952 و در بخش ناکلمه 0/729 بدست در سطح معناداری(0/001 >p) وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها نشان می دهد آزمون حافظه شنیداری بدست آمده برای آزمودنیهای این مطالعه ازروایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است.

تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات منتخب بر شاخصهای تعادلی مردان سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو
هدف: استئوآرتریت زانو یکی از شایعترین مشکلات عضلانی- اسکلتی میباشد که باعث تخریب مفصل و متعاقب آن کاهش سطح عملکرد و نقص در تعادل می شود. عدم تعادل در سالمندان عاملی برای سقوط و عوارض پس از آن می باشد. لذا راهکارهای مناسب میتواند از این مشکلات جلوگیری نماید. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر 8 هفته تمرینات منتخب بر شاخصهای تعادلی مردان سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو می باشد. روش بررسی: بیست و چهار بیمار مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو با دامنه سنی 65-55 سال به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب، و بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمریندرمانی (میانگین قد7/01±169/16، وزن 11/98±79/16 و کنترل (میانگین قد 5/03±167/66، وزن 9/31±77/08) تقسیم شدند. برای بررسی ثبات پاسچرال از دستگاه بایودکس و تست Postural Stability استفاده شد. برنامه تمرینی طی 8 هفته زیر نظر مربی انجام شد. برای مقایسه میانگینهای درونگروهی، از آزمونهای آماری تی همبسته و برای مقایسه میانگینهای بینگروهی از آزمون آماری تی مستقل استفاده شد. برای تعیین تفاوتها نیز سطح معنی داری کمتر از (0/05>p) در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: تغییرات درونگروهی در گروه آزمودنیها بین نمرات تعادلکلی (0/001=p)، تعادلداخلی- خارجی (0/006=p) و تعادلقدامی- خلفی (0/003=p) قبل و بعد از انجام تمرینات معنادار بود. همچنین تغییرات بینگروهی در دو گروه شاهد و کنترل در نمره تعادلکلی (0/01=p)، تعادلداخلی- خارجی (0/04=p) و تعادل قدامی ـ خلفی (0/03=p) تفاوت معناداری را نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرینات منتخب می تواند به طور معنی داری باعث بهبود شاخصهای تعادلی (تعادلی کلی، تعادل قدامی- خلفی و تعادل داخلی- خارجی) در افراد سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو گردد و شاید بتوان این تمرینات را برای بهبود تعادل و جلوگیری از سقوط به سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو توصیه نمود.

مروری بر ویژگیهای کاربردی و خصوصیات سایکومتری پرسشنامه معلولیت سرگیجه در نسخههای انگلیسی، فارسی و دیگر زبانها
سرگیجه و عدم تعادل مشکل بسیار شایعی است که بخشهای مختلفی از ابعاد زندگی بیماران را تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد. یکی از ابزارهای ارزیابی وضعیت بیماران سرگیجه و عدم تعادل، پرسشنامه معلولیت سرگیجه میباشد که ابعاد فیزیکی، عملکردی و احساسی ان را مورد پررسی قرار میدهد. این پرسشنامه در کار کلینیکی و تحقیقاتی مورد توجه بسیاری از متخصصین قرار گرفته است و در امر ارزیابی و کنترل بهبودی بیماران به کرات استفاده گردیده است. در این مقاله مروری، با بررسی تمامی ترجمههای موجود در زبانهای زنده دنیا، خصوصیات مختلف سایکومتری این پرسشنامه مخصوصا در زبان فارسی مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته است. در بررسیهای انجام شده، پرسشنامه دارای امتیازات متعددی از جمله روایی مناسب و تکرارپذیری ثبات درونی بالا میباشد اما آنالیز عاملی پرسشنامه نتایج متفاوتی را نشان میدهد.
