شواهدی بر پزشکی از راه دور درایران: مروری نظام مند

چکیده

هدف:
پزشکی از راه دور استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، جهت ارائه خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی به افرادی است که در فاصله ­ای دور از ارائه ­دهندگان خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی قرار دارند. هدف از اینمطالعه بررسی مطالعات انجام شده پیرامون پزشکی از راه دور در ایران است.
روش بررسی:
مطالعه انجام شده، مروری نظام مند است، که در نتیجه جستجو در پایگاه داده بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (مگ  ایران)، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی ایران، بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران (سامانه دانش برکت گستر)  بر روی مطالعات انجام شده به زبان فارسی، دربازه زمانی سال های 80 تا 94 با کلید واژه های شناسایی شده، انجام گردیده است. مقالات از نظر عنوان، چکیده و متن کامل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و پس از حذف موارد تکراری و نامرتبط، مقالات مرتبط با هدف پژوهش انتخاب گردید.
یافته­ ها:
از مجموع 177 مقاله، 29 مقاله مرتبط با هدف پژوهش انتخاب گردید. به طور کلی این مطالعات به بررسی امنیت، معماری، امکان­ سنجی پیاده­ سازی و تجربیات ناشی از اجرای آن، آگاهی و نگرش افراد و  کاربرد آن در حوزه بالین  پرداخته شده بود.  نتایج این مطالعات به مواردی از جمله کمبود آگاهی کافی افراد، کمبود امکانات و تجهیزات و تخصیص بودجه کافی،  وجود زیرساخت نرم ­افزاری و سخت افزاری نامناسب، ضعیف بودن روش های حفظ حریم خصوصی به عنوان مشکلات در این زمینه اشاره نمودند و نیاز به تجدید نظر در ساختار و تدوین دستورالعمل های خاص جهت اجرا این فناوری را الزامی دانستند.
نتیجه­ گیری:
فضای امروز در همه دنیا و در همه حوزه­ ها به ویژه حوزه سلامت، فضای تحول از طریق فناوری است. قابلیت های مفید فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای بهبود خدمات سلامت به طور گسترده ‌ای در حال شناخته شدن است و با توجه به اینکه ابزارهای توسعه پزشکی از راه دور در کشور موجود است، نیاز به تقویت زیر ساخت ها و اختصاص بودجه کافی و آموزش به افراد از الزامات به نظر می‌ رسد، تا بتوان از این فناوری در جهت ارتقا اهداف درمانی و آموزشی در نظام سلامت استفاده گردد.
