تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر تعادل ایستا و درد زانوی سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو

چکیده

هدف:
استئوآرتریت زانو یکی از شایعترین مشکلات عضلانی- اسکلتی و واروس زانو جزء شایعترین ناهنجاری اندام تحتانی در افراد مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو می‌باشد که می‌تواند روی فعالیت روزانه سالمندان، ایجاد درد و کنترل پاسچر تأثیرگذار باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر تعادل و درد سالمندان مبتلا به واروس و استئوآرتریت زانو می‌باشد.
روش بررسی:
در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 24 بیمار زن مبتلا به ناهنجاری واروس و استئوآرتریت زانو در دامنه سنی50 تا 65 سال با میانگین سنی 55/62 به طور داوطلبانه آمادگی خود را جهت شرکت در پژوهش اعلام کردند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. میزان درد بیماران با مقیاس دیداری درد VAS   (Visual analogue scale)و جهت سنجش تعادل از دستگاه تعادل سنج بایودکس (BIODEX) استفاده گردید. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه، تمرینات ثبات دهنده را انجام دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون‌ تی استیودنت وابسته و مستقل استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها:
تعادل ایستا و شدت درد در گروه تجربی پس از هشت هفته تمرین ثبات مرکزی تغییرات معنی‌داری را نسبت به پیش آزمون نشان داد (0/05>p). تغییرات بین گروهی برای میزان درد و  تعادل  ایستا  نیز  تفاوت  معنی‌داری  را  نشان  داد (0/05>p).
نتیجه‌گیری:
نتایج پژوهش نشان داد یک دوره تمرینات ثبات مرکزی توانسته بر تعادل ایستا و درد سالمندان مبتلا به واروس و استئوآرتریت زانو تأثیرگذار باشد. لذا می‌توان از تمرینات ثبات مرکزی به عنوان یک روش به منظور کاهش درد در مفصل زانو و ایجاد ثبات و بهبود تعادل در بیماران سالمند مبتلا به واروس و استئوآرتریت زانو استفاده کرد.
