Study population included 12 boys with cerebral palsy and 12 healthy boys with age range of 6-10 years. The force plate (Kistler) was used to record ground reaction forces during walking. A wireless electromyography system with 8 pairs of dipole surface electrodes was also used to record Electromyography activity of selected lower limb muscles during walking.Results:The results showed that the frequency with 99.5% power (P=0.004) and number of anterior-posterior essential harmonics of the cerebral palsy group compared to the healthy group were 41.58% and 32.83% higher, respectively. The frequency with 99.5% power in ertical direction was 40.94% higher in cerebral palsy group compared to healthy group (P = 0.004). Frequency with 99.5% power in the component of free torque in cerebral palsy group was 27.57% more than control group. Mean frequency of anterior tibialis muscle, internal gastrocnemius, biceps femoris and medial serine in the cerebral palsy group compared with the healthy group were 31.67%, 19.63%, 21.96% and 26.70% lower, respectively.Conclusion:The results showed that the median frequency of lower limb muscles was lower in children with cerebral palsy than in healthy children. It can be stated that the frequency spectrum content of ground reaction forces and electromyography activities is of clinical value. Therefore, the application of therapeutic interventions to improve the frequency spectrum indices of ground reaction forces and electromyography activities in children with cerebral palsy is suggested.}, keywords = {Frequency spectrum,Ground reaction forces,Cerebral palsy,Electromyography,walking}, title_fa = {مقایسه طیف فرکانس نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمین و الکترومایوگرافی در کودکان سالم و فلج مغزی طی راه رفتن}, abstract_fa = {هدف:هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه طیف فرکانس نیروهای عکس العمل زمین و الکترومایوگرافی در کودکان سالم و فلج مغزی طی راه رفتن بود.روش بررسی:پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی بود. نمونه آماری شامل  12 پسر دارای فلج مغزی و 12 پسر سالم با دامنه سنی 6-10 سال بود. از صفحه نیرو (Kistler) برای ثبت نیروهای عکس العمل زمین طی راه رفتن استفاده شد. همچنین از یک سیستم الکترومایوگرافی بدون سیم با 8 جفت الکترود سطحی دو قطبی برای ثبت فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات اندام تحتانی طی راه رفتن استفاده شد.یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که میزان فرکانس با توان 99/5 درصد و تعداد هارمونیهای ضروری در راستای قدامی- خلفی در گروه فلج مغزی در مقایسه با گروه سالم به ترتیب 41/58 و 32/83 درصد بیشتر بود. میزان فرکانس با توان 99/5 درصد در راستای عمودی در گروه فلج مغزی در مقایسه با گروه سالم حدود 40/94 درصد بیشتر بود. همچنین میزان فرکانس با توان 99/5 درصد در مولفه گشتاور آزاد در ﮔﺮوه فلج مغزی در مقایسه با گروه سالم حدود 27/57 درصد بیشتر بود. میانه فرکانس عضله درشت نئی قدامی، دوقلو داخلی، دوسر رانی و سرینی میانی در گروه فلج مغزی در مقایسه با گروه سالم به ترتیب 31/67، 19/63، 21/96 و 26/70 درصد کمتر بود.نتیجه گیری:نتایج نشان داد میانه فرکانس عضلات اندام تحتانی در کودکان فلج مغزی کمتر از کودکان سالم بود. می توان بیان کرد محتوای طیف فرکانس نیروهای عکس العمل زمین و الکترومایوگرافی ارزش کلینیکی دارد. لذا استفاده از مداخلات درمانی در جهت بهبود شاخص های طیف فرکانس نیروهای عکس العمل زمین و الکترومایوگرافی در کودکان فلج مغزی پیشنهاد می گردد.}, keywords_fa = {طیف فرکانس,نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمین,فلج مغزی,الکترومایوگرافی,راه رفتن}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_18616.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_18616_7f3e16fa443de0b6be3b7fa4359cf944.pdf} }
