However, the number of injuries has also increased, which there are no accurate data available about these injuries. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the common physical injuries among the fitness club users to develop a strategic management plan to prevent injury.Methods:The population of this study consisted of all members of the Palladium club in Isfahan (6800 users), which 364 members among them voluntarily participated in this study. Data related to injuries were collected by an injury report form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (number and percentage).Results:The results of the present study showed that overexertion/strenuous/unnatural resulted in 36.8% of the injuries, followed by the crushed by falling/dropped weights 21.5%, falling while participating in group classes 10.9%, bad landing or twist during exercise 10.4%. About 45.1% of the injuries occurred during exercise with weights, followed by 17.3 % in group classes (aerobics), 9.9% while using the treadmill. Regarding the type of injuries, knees injuries and pain in the knees and patellofemoral syndrome was most common (19.7%) followed by the pain of the calf area, including shin splint (18/6%), pain of the wrist area and sprain in the wrist, straining the wrist tendons (17.8%) had the most injuries. Between the users of fitness clubs lower extremities (43.5%) was the most common anatomical site that was injured and followed by the upper extremities (34.7%), the spine (15.3 %), and head and neck (6.5 %).Conclusions:It can be concluded that the number of injuries in fitness club users is very high, so the information of this study has to be used to develop a systematic prevention program to maximize the performance and health of the users using effective management}, keywords = {Fitness clubs,Injury Prevention,Weight exercises,Group classes}, title_fa = {مدیریت آسیب های ورزشی کاربران باشگاه های بدنسازی}, abstract_fa = {هدف:با عنایت به اهمیت و تاثیر فعالیت های بدنی بر سیستم های مختلف بدنی، خوشبختانه روز به روز تعداد افراد استفاده- کننده از باشگاه های بدنسازی نیز افزوده می شود. توام با این افزایش متاسفانه تعداد آسیب های بدنی نیز افزایش می یابد که اطلاعات دقیقی در این خصوص موجود نمی باشد، لذا هدف این تحقیق تعیین آسیب های بدنی متداول در بین کاربران باشگاه ها جهت تدوین یک برنامه مدیریتی استراتژیک پیشگیری از آسیب ها بود. روش بررسی:جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه اعضای باشگاه پالادیوم در اصفهان بود (6800) که از این میان تعداد 364 عضو به صورت داوطلبانه در این تحقیق مشارکت نمودند. اطلاعات مربوط به آسیب های ورزشی نمونه ها توسط فرم گزارش آسیب جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح آمار توصیفی (تعداد و درصد) انجام شد.یافته ها:نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که حرکات چرخشی، پیچشی و حرکات غیر طبیعی منجر به 36/8% از آسیب ها شدند و به دنبال آن افتادن وزنه ها و وسایل باشگاه بر روی بدن 21/5%، افتادن در حین انجام فعالیت در کلاس های گروهی 10/9%، فرود یا چرخش بد در حین تمرین 10/4% از آسیب ها را منجر شدند. حدود 45/1% از آسیب ها در حین اجرای تمرینات با وزنه رخ داد و به دنبال آن 17/3% در کلاس های گروهی (ایروبیک)، 9/9 % در هنگام استفاده از تردمیل اتفاق افتاد. در خصوص نوع آسیب ها، آسیب های ناحیه زانو و درد در زانو و سندرم کشککی رانی بیشترین تعداد را به خود اختصاص دادند (19/7%) و به دنبال آن درد ناحیه قدامی ساق پا و از جمله شین اسپلینت (Shin Splints) (%18/6)، درد ناحیه مچ دست و پیچیدگی مچ دست و استرین تاندون های مچ دست (17/8%)، بیشترین آسیب ها را به خود اختصاص دادند. در کاربران باشگاه بدنسازی اندام تحتانی (43/5%)، متداول ترین ناحیه آناتومیکی آسیب دیده و به دنبال آن اندام فوقانی (34/7%)، ستون فقرات (15/3%) و سر و گردن (6/5%) بودند.نتیجه گیری:از یافته های تحقیق حاضر می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که متاسفانه تعداد آسیب ها در کاربران باشگاه های بدنسازی بسیار بالاست لذا بایستی از این اطلاعات برای تدوین یک برنامه منظم پیشگیری از آسیب ها استفاده نمود تا بتوان با مدیریت صحیح پیشگیری سطح عملکرد و سلامتی اعضا  را به حداکثر  رساند.}, keywords_fa = {باشگاه های بدنسازی,پیشگیری از آسیب,تمرینات با وزنه,کلاس های گروهی}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_20886.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_20886_910269f7250ab042733fbaf12f69462c.pdf} }
