Methods: Fifteen subjects were randomly selected from 86 children with flexible flat foot, with a mean age (10.40 ±1.12), height (124.60 ± 8.76) and weight (24.10 ± 6.70).  15 subjects were randomly selected to the control group from the population with normal feet that were homogeneous with group flat foot of the height, age and weight. Flat-arched feet were determined by the navicular drop test with Brody method, and 1000Hz KISTLER force plate were used to measure horizontal components of ground reaction force at heel strike (Initial heel contact), transfer weight onto the heel (Loading response), touch the foot of land (Mid stance) and transfer weight onto the toes (Terminal stance) during the Stance phase. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21 software and independent t-test was used (p< 0.05). Results: There was a significant difference in the initial heel contact between flat foot and a normal foot. However, no significant difference was noted between the two groups at loading response, mid stance and terminal stance. Conclusion: According to the present research findings, it may be concluded that there are differences between children with flat foot and normal foot in the direction and amount of force at the time of heel strike or initial heel contact.}, keywords = {Flat foot,Force plate,Horizontal component of the ground reaction force}, title_fa = {بررسی مولفه های افقی نیروی عکس العمل زمین در حین راه رفتن کودکان دارای کف پای صاف}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی مولفه افقی نیروی عکس العمل زمین افراد دارای کف پای صاف و مقایسه این تغییرات نسبت به افرادی که دارای کف پای نرمال هستند. روش بررسی: از میان 86 نفر از کودکان دارای کف پای صاف منعطف 15 نفر با میانگین سنی (1/12 ± 10/40)، قد (8/76 ±124/60) و وزن (6/70 ±24/10) به شکل تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. 15 نفر نیز از جامعه آماری که دارای پای سالم و با گروه کف پای صاف از نظر سن، قد و وزن همگن بودند نیز به صورت تصادفی در گروه سالم قرار گرفتند. میزان صافی کف پا بوسیله افتادگی  استخوان ناویکولار به روش Brody، و مولفه افقی نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین توسط دستگاه نیرو سنج (فورس پلیت) با فرکانس1000 هرتز، در زمان های ضربه پاشنه (Initial heel contact)، انتقال وزن بر روی پاشنه (Loading response)، تماس کف پا با زمین (Mid stance) و انتقال وزن بر روی پنجه  (Terminal stance مرحله   Stanceمورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری T مستقل انجام شد (0/05> p). یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که در زمان ضربه پاشنه بین دو گروه کف پای صاف و کف پای نرمال اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود دارد. ولی در زمان انتقال وزن بر روی پاشنه، تماس کف پا با زمین و انتقال وزن بر روی پنجه  بین دو  گروه اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بیشترین اختلاف بین دو گروه کف پای صاف و کف پای نرمال، هم در جهت و هم در مقدار نیرو ها، در زمان ضربه پاشنه یا Initial heel contact رخ می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {کف پای صاف,دستگاه نیروی سنج (force plate),مولفه افقی نیروی عکس العمل زمین}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_4386.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_4386_ec61f469119419718c33a34494921afd.pdf} }
