Methods: This non-experimental, cross sectional study included 45 women in 2 purpose groups of volleyball and bowling players and 1 nonathlete control group, with age range of 20 to 30 years old from the city of Tehran.  Their shoulder kinesthesia was measured by Continuous Passive Motion device. For data analysis, descriptive statistic including mean, standard deviation, and for reliability analysis Correlation Coefficient, were performed. Kolmogorov-smirnov and Leven’s tests were performed for assessing the data normality and group variance equality. Chi-square test was used for comparing shoulder kinesthesia between dominant and nondominant sides and also for comparing between groups of volleyball, bowling players and nonathlete control group. Statistical significant was set at a level of p≤0.05. Results: Kinesthesiaerror differencebetween dominant and nondominant shoulders in all three groups, were not statistically significant (p=0.33). Also, No significant difference was found in comparing shoulder in each group with the same sides of other group (p=0.21 nonathlete and volleyball, p=0.19 nonathlete and bowling, p=0.63 volleyball and bowling). Conclusion: Capsular laxity and changed range of motion in dominant shoulder, probably with produce microtruma, have negative influence on kinesthesia. However, on the other hand repetitive circumduction motions in dominant shoulder cause perceptual learning, therefore, probably has a positive influence on increasing accuracy in signal analyze and improve kinesthesia, hence, counteract the negative influence of capsular laxity and changed range of motion on kinesthesia. Probably, repetitive circumduction motions in rehabilitation can also reciprocate the influence of microtruma that cause stability disorder and pain in dominant shoulder by neuromuscular adaptations and it may not related to the kind of overarm or underarm rotation.}, keywords = {Shoulder Kinesthesia,Overarm Throwing,Underarm}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اثر پرتاب بر حس حرکت مفصل شانه غالب و غیرغالب ورزشکاران پرتابی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: از آنجایی ‌که حس‌ حرکت مفصل از وضعیت کپسول و دامنه حرکتی مفصل گلنوهومرال تأثیرپذیر است و شل بودن قابل ملاحظه کپسول و دامنه حرکتی تغییریافته شانه پرتابی در ثبات داینامیک و عملکردی آنها تعیین کننده است، هدف تحقیق حاضر مقایسه اثر پرتاب بر حس حرکت مفصل شانه غالب و غیرغالب زنان بازیکن والیبالیست، بولینگ‌کار و غیرورزشکار قبل از آسیب بود. روش بررسی: در این تحقیق مقطعی تحلیلی، 45 زن در دو گروه هدف والیبالیست و بولینگ‌کار و یک گروه کنترل غیرورزشکار، در سنین 20 تا 30 سال تهران شرکت کردند و حس حرکت مفصل شانه آنان با دستگاه حرکت مداوم غیرفعال ارزیابی شد. برای وصف اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی نظیر میانگین و انحراف ‌استاندارد و برای ارزیابی تکرارپذیری، ضریب همبستگی بکار برده شد. آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف و آزمون لون، به ترتیب، برای بررسی نرمال بودن داده‌ها و همسان بودن واریانس گروه‌ها، آزمون خی دو برای مقایسه حس حرکت شانه سمت غالب و غیرغالب و نیز برای مقایسه در بین گروه‌های بازیکنان والیبال، بولینگ و گروه کنترل غیرورزشکار (سطح معنی‌داری 0/05≥p) بکار گرفته شد. یافته‌ ها: تفاوت خطای حس حرکت بین شانه غالب و غیرغالب در هر سه گروه، معنی‌دار نبود (0/33=p)؛ همچنین در مقایسه بین گروهی نیز خطای حس حرکت هر گروه نسبت به شانه همتای گروه دیگر تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (غیرورزشکار و والیبالیست 0/21=p، غیرورزشکار و بولینگ‌کار 0/19=p، والیبالیست و بولینگ‌کار 0/63=p). نتیجه‌ گیری: شلی کپسول و دامنه حرکتی تغییریافته شانه غالب احتمالاً با ایجاد میکروترما، اثر منفی روی حس حرکت دارد. اما از طرف دیگر، حرکات چرخشی مکرر شانه غالب منجر به یادگیری ادراکی شده و بدین ترتیب احتمالاً باعث اثر مثبت افزایش دقت پردازش سیگنال و تقویت حس حرکت می‌گردد، که می تواند اثر منفی شلی کپسول و تغییر دامنه حرکتی بر حس حرکت را خنثی کند. احتمالاً، حرکات چرخشی مکرر در توانبخشی نیز می تواند از طریق ایجاد تطابقات عصبی-عضلانی اثر میکروترومایی که باعث اختلال در ثبات و درد شانه غالب می‌شود را جبران کند و این امر به نوع چرخش بالا یا زیر بازو نیز ارتباطی ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {حس حرکت شانه,پرتاب بالای بازو,زیر بازو}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_4608.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_4608_d2b15719216d2ada911adf4254b9e6d8.pdf} }
