The release of airborne fungi in hospitals is health risk factor for nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients. The object of this study was to assess the kinds and concentration of fungal contamination in the hospital wards and operating theaters. Methods: In the present study, 96 of indoor air samples were collected from hemodialysis sections of women and men, kidney transplant, liver transplant, ICU and three operating rooms of organ transplantation Hospital in city of Mashhad. The sampling was taken according to the NIOSH standard instructions and Anderson procedure with a flow rate of 12 L per 2 minutes and the concentration of fungal contamination was determined in term of CFU/M3. The identification of fungal agents was examined by the mycological microscopic and macroscopic procedure. Results: The genera Aspergillus (98.29%) and Penicillium (25%) were the most fungal agents of air contamination in wards and operating rooms.The fungal contamination in the ICU, dialysis of men and women, kidney transplantation and liver transplantation were 3.8%, 3.58%, 3.33%, 7.16% and 33.3%, respectively. Conclusion: In this study, the fungal contamination of wards and operating rooms was relatively low. However, due to the high sensitivity of the transplant recipients and immunocompromised patients to nosocomial fungal infections, the periodic surveys of the hospitals are essential.}, keywords = {Bioaerosols,Fungal contamination,Hospital,Organ transplantation}, title_fa = {بررسی عوامل قارچی آلوده کننده هوای بخشها و اتاقهای عمل بیمارستان پیوند اعضاء منتصریه مشهد}, abstract_fa = {هدف: محیط بیمارستان دارای انواع مختلفی از میکروارگانیسمها بویژه قارچها می‌باشد. انتشار قارچهای هوابرد در بخشهای بیمارستانی، عامل خطرناکی برای سلامتی بیماران بستری محسوب شده و در ایجاد عفونتهای بیمارستانی نقش عمده‌ای دارند. در مطالعه حاضر، نوع و میزان آلودگی قارچی هوای بخشها و اتاقهای عمل بیمارستان بررسی شده است. روش بررسی: دراینمطالعه، 96 نمونه از بخشهای همودیالیز زنان، مردان، پیوند کلیه، پیوند کبد و مراقبتهای ویژه (ICU) و هر سه اتاق عمل بیمارستان پیوند اعضاء شهر مشهد گرفته شد. نمونه‌برداری با استفاده از دستورالعمل(The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health; NIOSH) و بر اساس روش آندرسون با دبی L/min 12در مدت زمان min 2 انجام شد و تراکم قارچی بر اساس تعداد کلنی بر متر مکعب (CFU/m3) محاسبه گردید. شناسایی عوامل قارچی نیز توسط آزمایشهای ماکروسکوپی و میکروسکوپی قارچ شناسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: قارچهای جنس (Aspergillus (29/98% و جنس (Penicillium (25% بیشترین عوامل قارچی آلوده‌ کننده هوای بخشها و اتاقهای عمل بودند. میزان آلودگی قارچی در بخشهای همودیالیز مردان، همودیالیز زنان، پیوند کبد، پیوند کلیه و ICU ، به ترتیب 58/3%، 33/3%، 33/3%16/7% و 8/3% بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در مطالعه حاضر، میزان آلودگی قارچی هوای بخشها و اتاقهای عمل نسبتاً پایین بود. با این حال، به دلیل حساسیت بالای بیماران گیرنده عضو و سرکوب ایمنی در کسب عفونتهای قارچی بیمارستانی، بررسیهای دوره ای میزان آلودگیهای قارچی در این نوع بیمارستانها ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {بیوآئروسل,آلودگی قارچی,بیمارستان,پیوند}, url = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_8307.html}, eprint = {https://jpsr.mums.ac.ir/article_8307_aa8217c125e890d9361d98bebff844b7.pdf} }
