بررسی فاکتورهای بینایی پس از عمل مجدد فتورفرکتیو کراتکتومی
هدف: از عوارض جراحی های انکساری میتوان به عیب انکساری باقیمانده پس از عمل شامل اصلاح کمتر (Undercorrection) و برگشت (Regression) اشاره کرد که بر اساس مطالعات از جمله شایع ترین عوارض پس از اعمال جراحی انکساری می باشد به صورتی که بیمار را متمایل به "عمل مجدد" عیب انکساری باقیمانده می کند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین نتایج انکساری و بینایی در بیماران با عمل مجدد کراتکتومی فتو رفرکتیو است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه سری بیماران (Case series study)، همه بیمارانی که از فروردین 1391 تا خرداد 1393 در بیمارستان چشم پزشکی فارابی توسط یک جراح مشخص تحت عمل مجدد کراتکتومی فتورفرکتیو با استفاده از دستگاه217 Z Technolas با پروتکل APT قرار گرفته بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تعداد بیمارانی که تحت عمل مجدد قرار گرفته بودند 34 چشم (20 بیمار) بود. از این 20 بیمار، 14 بیمار به صورت دو چشمی و 6 بیمار به صورت تک چشمی تحت عمل مجدد قرار گرفته بودند. تعداد 30 چشم (16 بیمار) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. متوسط سنی بیماران مود مطالعه 5/9±34/5 سال بود. پارامترهای مورد بررسی شامل عیب انکساری و حدت بینایی بود. پس از جمع آوری داده ها برای بررسی نتایج از نرم افزارSPSS 20 استفاده گردید. ابتدا بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها توسط آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف انجام شد. سپس از آزمون T زوجی و ویلکاکسون برای مقایسه داده های قبل و پس از عمل مجدد کراتکتومی فتورفرکتیو استفاده گردید. یافته ها: در بررسی نتایج انکساری مقدار عیب انکساری اسفر و آستیگماتیسم قبل از عمل مجدد به ترتیب 0/67 ± 0/80 دیوپتر و 0/36 ± 0/70 دیوپتر بود که پس از عمل مجدد به ترتیب به 0/69 ± 0/16 دیوپتر و 0/61 ± 0/49 دیوپتر کاهش پیدا کرد. در بررسی نتایج بینایی، حدت بینایی دور اصلاح نشده (Uncorrected Visual Acuity; UCVA) و حدت بینایی دور با بهترین اصلاح (Best Corrected Visual Acuity; BCVA) براساس Log MAR به ترتیب قبل از عمل 0/25104± 0/28367 و 0/06064 ± 0/01667 بود که پس از عمل به 0/241148 ± 0/08167 و 0/237149 ± 0/04467 تغییر یافت. نتیجه گیری: عمل مجدد فتورفرکتیو کراتکتومی (Photorefractive Keratectomy; PRK) به عنون یک روش درمانی موثر، مفید و اثربخش می باشد و باعث بهبود قابل توجه نتایج انکساری و بهبود حدت بینای دور بدون اصلاح و با بهترین اصلاح می شود.

بررسی چالش های طرح پزشک خانواده از دیدگاه مدیران و پزشکان در استان خراسان شمالی، 1395
هدف: برنامه پزشک خانواده که از سال 1384 در کشور به اجرا درآمده است با هدف اصلاحات نظام سلامت کشور انجام شد . مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین چالش های نظام پزشک خانواده روستایی از دیدگاه مدیران و پزشکان شاغل در طرح در استان خراسان شمالی در سال ۱۳۹۵ انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است. در این مطالعه جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ای استفاده گردید که به منظور تعیین چالش های طرح پزشک خانواده از دیدگاه مدیران و پزشکان شاغل در ۹ حوزه برنامهریزی جامع، نظام بیمه درمان، جبران خدمات، ارزیابی عملکرد، امکانات و تسهیلات رفاهی، جذب و حفظ نیروی انسانی، نظام اطلاعات، فرهنگ و تامین مالی تنظیم شده است.پرسشنامهها برای کلیه 65 مدیر طرح پزشک خانواده و 86 پزشک خانواده خراسان شمالی به کار گرفته شد. یافتههای این مطالعه کمی با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای کای دو و من-ویتنی در سطح معنیداری 0/05 تحلیل شد. یافته ها: در مجموع بزرگترین چالش در حوزه برنامه ریزی جامع (79/72±3/0) بود. همچنین بیشترین تفاوت دیدگاه در بین مدیران و پزشکان در حوزه جبران خدمات (97/11±0/0) بود.شایان ذکر است بزرگترین چالش از دیدگاه پزشکان در حوزه جبران خدمات (1/79±4/0)، بزرگترین چالش از دیدگاه مدیران در حوزه تامین مالی (73/77±3/0) تعیین گردید. نتیجه گیری: توجه به اینکه اکثر چالش های شناساییشده در این مطالعه با اهمیت هستند و مدیران و پزشکان آنها را تائید کرده اند، بایستی با بهره گیری از نتایج این مطالعه و مطالعات مشابه از طریق توجه به شفافیت بیشتر در دستورالعم لها و تفاهم نامههای اجرایی سیاست، توجه به نیازهای انگیزشی و نیازهای آموزشی پزشکان خانواده، بازنگری و بهبود روشهای جمع آوری اطلاعات محیطی و تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر شواهد به رفع مسائل و چالش های سیاست پزشک خانواده پرداخت.

تاثیر سرعت انقباض فعالیت برونگرا آسیب زا بر اقتصاد دویدن دختران جوان تمرینکرده
هدف: استراتژی فعالسازی منحصر بفرد انقباضات برونگرا، عضله را مستعد آسیب می سازد. تارهای نوع II جهت آسیب مستعدترند، لذا به نظر می رسد سرعت انقباض در استرس مکانیکی و میزان آسیب اثرگذار باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر سرعت انقباض فعالیت برونگرا آسیبزا عضله اکستنسور زانوی پای غالب بر اقتصاد دویدن در دختران جوان تمرینکرده بود. روش بررسی: 16 دختر جوان تمرینکرده به طور تصادفی در دو گروه فعالیت برونگرا با سرعت بالا (゚/s240) و پایین (゚/s60) قرار گرفتند. آسیب عضلانی در گروه سرعت بالا و پایین به ترتیب توسط 20 و 5 دوره 15 تکراری با شدت 150 درصد حداکثر گشتاور ایزومتریک در عضلات اکستنسوری زانوی پای غالب ایجاد گردید. شاخص های آسیب عضله (حداکثر گشتاور ایزومتریک، میزان درد، محیط ران) قبل، یک و 48 ساعت بعد و اقتصاد دویدن قبل و 48 ساعت پس از فعالیت برونگرا اندازهگیری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS16و آزمونهای آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر بین گروهی، t مستقل و من ویتنی انجام گردید. یافتهها: یک و 48 ساعت پس از آسیب تمامی شاخص های آسیب عضلانی به طور معنی داری در هر دو گروه تغییر یافت (0/05>p) که نشان دهنده ایجاد آسیب عضلانی در هر دو گروه بود. تفاوت معنیداری بین شاخص های آسیب عضلانی ( به جز میزان درد) و اقتصاد دویدن در شدت های مختلف دویدن بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: با مشابه بودن مدت تنشن، سرعت انقباض (تفاوت 4 برابری) فعالیت برونگرا آسیبزا عضله اکستنسور زانو، عامل تعیینکننده ای در تغییرات اقتصاد دویدن دختران جوان تمرینکرده نمیباشد.

بررسی پاسخ های برانگیخته بینایی در بخش های مختلف در افراد نرمال
هدف: Visual Evoked Potentialیک روش ابجکتیو برای بررسی عملکرد بینایی میباشد.هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی پاسخ های برانگیخته بینایی در همی فیلدهای مختلف بینایی در افراد نرمال می باشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه بر روی 80 چشم افراد نرمال با دامنه سنی (38-18) سال انجام شد. تمامی شرکت کنندگان تحت معاینات بینایی شامل بررسی عیوب انکساری و حدت بینایی قرار گرفتند. پاسخ های Pattern reversal VEP شامل دامنه و زمان تاخیر P100 موج VEP در بخش های مختلف بینایی ثبت شد. برای مقایسه پاسخ های ثبت شده در همی فیلدهای مختلف، دامنه و زمان تاخیر موج VEP، از آزمون آنالیز واریانس با داده های تکراری با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 استفاده شد. یافته ها: میانگین بیشترین و کمترین مقدار دامنه P100 موج VEP به ترتیب در ناحیه گیجگاهی (Temporal) و تحتانی رتین میباشد. همچنین کمترین مقدار زمان تاخیر در ناحیه فوقانی و بیشترین مقدار آن در ناحیه Nasal رتین میباشد. با توجه به نتایج داده ها، تفاوت معناداری بین بخش های مختلف بینایی از نظر دامنه و زمان تاخیر وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش به طور نسبی جزییات توزیع VEP لوکال را در بخش های میدان بینایی نشان داد و با توجه به معنادار بودن تفاوت دامنه و زمان تاخیر موج VEP در بخش های مختلف بینایی، بیشترین حساسیت بینایی (کمترین زمان تاخیر و بیشترین دامنه) در قسمت فوقانی و گیجگاهی رتین می باشد که به ترتیب دارای کمترین زمان تاخیر و بیشترین دامنه را دارا می باشند. ناحیه فوقانی و گیجگاهی رتین به نظر می رسد دارای پاسخ بهتری در آزمون PVEP باشند.

تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر ارتقای سطح سلامت از دیدگاه مدیران اجرای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل
هدف: شناخت تأثیرات بالقوه ی فناوری اطلاعات در ابعاد مختلف سلامت، از دستاوردهای نظام سلامت مبتنی بر فنآوری اطلاعات در ارتقای سطح سلامت جامعه می باشد. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف سنجش نگرش مدیران اجرایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در خصوص تآثیرات فناوری اطلاعات بر ارتقای سطح سلامت انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه ی توصیفی- مقطعی در نیمه اول سال 1395 انجام شد. 43 نفر از مدیران اجرایی شاغل در بخش های مدیریت شبکه، معاونت های بهداشتی، درمانی، آموزشی، اداری و فناوری اطلاعات شهرستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل به روش تمام سرشماری انتخاب شدند. داده های مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد جمع آوری گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS20مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: حدود 95% از شرکت کنندگان مرد بودند. میانگین سنی و سابقه کار به ترتیب 41/09 و 14/44 سال بود. میانگین امتیاز تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر فرایندهای مدیریتی، آموزشی، بهداشتی و درمانی، بهبود نظام اطلاعات و راهکارهای پیشنهادی، به ترتیب برابر 26/70، 17/26، 26/74، 42/65، 33/69 بود. در خصوص نظرات مدیران در ابعاد مورد بررسی تنها در زیر گروه های سابقه کار و بعد بهبود نظام اطلاعات سلامت ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: بر پایه نتایج این مطالعه، نگرش مثبت جامعه ی پژوهش نشانگر این است که بستر، زمینه و آگاهی مناسب برای اجرا و توسعه فناوری اطلاعات در رسیدن به حداکثر بهره وری در سیستم های سلامت وجود دارد.

مداخله به هنگام در حوزه شنوایی، زبان و دلبستگی کودکان ناشنوای زیر دو سال
هدف: با توجه به اهمیت مداخله به هنگام و نقش تعاملات اولیه والد کودک در رشد زبان، مهارتهای ارتباطی و قابلیتهای اجتماعی هیجانی کودکان ناشنوا تدوین برنامه توانبخشی خانواده محور با هدف توانمندسازی والدین به عنوان درمانگر اصلی ضروری است. روش بررسی: با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند 62 نفر از کودکان ناشنوای شدید به بالای زیر 2 سال که یا تحت عمل کاشت حلزون شنوایی قرار گرفته بودند و یا کاندید دریافت کاشت حلزون شنوایی بودند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش از برنامه جامع توانبخشی خانواده محور بهره بردند. برای بررسی مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی هیجانی از ابزارهای آزمون طبقه بندی عملکرد شنیداری (Categories of Auditory Performance; CAP)، نیمرخ مقیاس رشدی رفتار نمادین و ارتباط/ سیاهه کودک نوزاد (Communication and Symbolic Behavior Scale Developmental Profile/infant toddler checklist; CSBSDP) و پرسشنامه سنین و مراحل اجتماعی – هیجانی (Ages and Stages Questionnaire- Social Emotional; ASQ SE) استفاده شد. یافته ها: تحلیل دادهها به روش تحلیل واریانس دو عاملی با اندازه گیری مکرر حاکی از آنست که برنامه جامع توانبخشی خانواده محور در افزایش نمرات مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی هیجانی کودکان ناشنوای شرکت کننده در پژوهش موثر بوده است. همچنین در مرحله پیگیری نیز اثربخشی این برنامه بر متغیرهای وابسته پژوهش پایدار است. نتیجه گیری: نتیجه پژوهش حاضر حاکی از تاثیر برنامه جامع توانبخشی خانواده محور بر رشد مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی هیجانی درکودکان ناشنوا می باشد. لذا کاربرد این برنامه در مراکز توانبخشی کودکان ناشنوا توصیه می شود.

زاویه خیسی و رطوبت پذیری لنزهای تماسی
هدف: این مقاله، تعریف و اندازه گیری زاویه تماس خیسی، رطوبت پذیری لنز تماسی، تأثیر لایه اشک و محلول های لنز تماسی بر زاویه خیسی را مرور می نماید. همچنین، عملکرد بالینی این پارامترها نیز مورد بحث قرار خواهند گرفت. روش بررسی: در این مقاله مروری، مقالات منتشر شده در زمینه زاویه خیسی و رطوبت پذیری لنزهای تماسی، با استفاده از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی PubMed مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج (مقالات بین سال های 1975 تا 2017، ارتباط با عنوان و موضوع بحث، رفرنس اصلی، عدم تکراری بودن، عدم تشابه موضوعی)، 66 مقاله با دقت، تحت مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتیجه گیری: پارامترهای مختلفی از لنز تماسی در راحتی بیمار با لنز تاثیر دارند که این پارامترها شامل عبوردهی اکسیژن، ماده لنز، طرح لبه لنز، سختی لنز، ضخامت لنز و روشهای بهبود سطح می باشند. چنانچه تمام این فاکتورها را کنترل و ثابت در نظر بگیریم و تنها متغیر رطوبت پذیری باشد، رطوبت پذیری بهتر می تواند پارامتر مهمی در راحتی بیمار باشد. روابط بین زاویه خیسی، رطوبت پذیری و راحتی به دلیل وجود فاکتورهای متعدد، جای بحث دارد بطوری که این موضوع نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر، در این زمینه دارد.

بررسی درمان های ارتوزی در سندروم درد کشککی-رانی: مرور نظام مند مقالات با فراتحلیل داده ها
هدف: سندروم درد کشککی-رانی یکی از اختلالات شایع اسکلتی-عضلانی زانو است. روش های درمانی زیادی از جمله جراحی، فیزیوتراپی و استفاده از ارتوز برای این عارضه پیشنهاد شده است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی اثر درمان های رایج ارتوزی در افراد مبتلا به سندروم درد کشککی-رانی می باشد. روش بررسی: با انجام جستجوی نظام مند در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی الکترونیک، مقالات مرتبط از سال 2004 تا 2015 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. کلید واژه های جستجو شامل Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome، Orthoses و مترادفات آنها بودند. پس از بررسی عناوین و خلاصه یافته ها 67 مقاله مرتبط یافت شد. سپس با مطالعه متن کامل مقالات، 31مقاله انتخاب و توسط چک لیست کیفیت سنجی شد. 6 مقاله که دارای نمره کیفی سطح متوسط و خوب بودند جهت فراتحلیل انتخاب شد. با بررسی داده های مشترک، امکان تجمیع داده برای تغییر فوری و 3تا6 هفتهای سطح درد (3مقاله) و تاثیر بر عملکرد زندگی روزمره (2مقاله) فراهم شد که فراتحلیل با استفاده از نرمافزار RevMan انجام شد. یافتهها: از مجموع 31 مقاله منتخب، 17مقاله به بررسی ارتوزهای ناحیه پا پرداخته بود و 14مقاله به ارتوزهای ناحیه زانو اشاره داشت. اکثر مداخلات در ناحیه پا شامل استفاده از کفی های گوهای بود در حالی که مداخلات ارتوزی زانو شامل زانوبندها و یا باند زیرکشککی می شد. پنج مقاله نیز اثرات درمان های ارتوزی را به همراه تمرین درمانی بررسی کرده بود. علیرغم پایین بودن سطح کیفی اغلب مقالات منتشر شده، نتایج فراتحلیل داده ها در معدود مطالعات منتخب نشان داد که بستن زانوبند تاثیر فوری بر کاهش درد مبتلایان داشته است. همچنین میزان درد گزارششده در پیگیری های 3تا6 هفتهای کاهش بیشتری نشان می دهد. زانوبند در بهبود عملکرد استفادهکنندگان نیز تاثیر مثبت داشت. نتیجهگیری: ارتوز باعث کاهش درد و بهبود عملکرد مبتلایان می شود. در برخی مطالعات اصلاح الایمنت و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی نیز جزء تاثیرات استفاده از ارتوز ذکر شده است ولی برای اثبات این ادعا نیاز به انجام مطالعات با کیفیت تر و دقیق تر می باشد. همچنین پاسخ سوالاتی نظیر اینکه تاثیر این ارتوزها بیشتر از طریق تقویت حسعمقی در ناحیه زانو می باشد یا اصلاح راستای اندام و یا از طریق اثرگذاری بر عضلات و کاهش خستگی و انرژی مصرفی، هنوز مشخص نیست.

مروری بر تکالیف آگاهی صرفی در کودکان عادی و نارساخوان
هدف: آگاهی صرفی یک مهارت فرازبانی است. این مهارت، توسط دستکاری تکواژها که کوچکترین واحد معنادار زبان هستند، ارزیابی می شود. کودکان به تدریج با کلمات و تکواژها در بافت های مختلف مواجه می شوند و دانش صرفی را در پایه های سوم و چهارم ابتدایی می آموزند. هیچ آزمون جامعی برای ارزیابی مهارت آگاهی صرفی در ایران وجود ندارد. بنابراین، مطالعات کمی وجود دارند که ارتباط بین مهارت آگاهی صرفی و خواندن را با استفاده از تکالیف محقق ساخت خود بررسی کرده اند. این مطالعه ی مروری تکالیف آگاهی صرفی را از پژوهش های مختلف در انگلیسی جمع آوری کرده است. روش بررسی: جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی SID، Iranmedex، google scholar، Scopus، PubMed، Science Direct، Medline و انجمن گفتار-زبان و شنوایی آمریکا انجام شد. مقاله بر پایه ی تکالیف و ویژگی های روانسنجی آنها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. یافته ها: تعداد 22 تکلیف برای ارزیابی آگاهی صرفی یافت شد. ویژگی های روانسنجی برای تمامی این تکالیف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. از بین تمامی تکالیف، 20 تکلیف دارای پایایی یا ثبات درونی بودند. تکالیف شامل هر سه نوع آگاهی صرفی (تصریفی، اشتقاقی و فرایند ترکیب) میباشند. نتیجه گیری: بسیاری از این تکالیف توسط محققین بر اساس هدف مطالعات ساخته شده اند. این پژوهش ها آگاهی صرفی را دربافت کلمه و ناکلمه و تاثیر دانش واجی روی ناکلمه، مقایسه ی جملات از نظر صرفی، ابداعات و دستکاری های صرفی، ترکیب تکواژها برای ساخت کلمه ی مرکب جدید و خواندن تکواژها مورد بررسی قرار داده اند. ویژگی های روانسنجی تکالیف در این مطالعه مورد بحث قرار گرفته اند. بر اساس مقدار ثبات درونی، تکالیفی که از پایایی یا ثبات درونی مناسبی برخوردارند شامل: تکلیف ترکیب جمله، تکمیل جمله، تولید پویای تکواژ، ریشه یابی، تکلیف قضاوتی ناکلمات تصریفی، تکلیف نسبتی صرفی، بازگویی تکواژ، استراتژی واجی و صرفی مورد استفاده برای خواندن و املا، تکلیف نسبتی، هجی کردن صرفی، انتخاب پسوند اشتقاقی، ساختار تکواژ، تکلیف آگاهی صرفی و آزمون TOLDمی باشند.

شواهدی بر پزشکی از راه دور درایران: مروری نظام مند
هدف: پزشکی از راه دور استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، جهت ارائه خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی به افرادی است که در فاصله ای دور از ارائه دهندگان خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی قرار دارند. هدف از اینمطالعه بررسی مطالعات انجام شده پیرامون پزشکی از راه دور در ایران است. روش بررسی: مطالعه انجام شده، مروری نظام مند است، که در نتیجه جستجو در پایگاه داده بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (مگ ایران)، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی ایران، بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران (سامانه دانش برکت گستر) بر روی مطالعات انجام شده به زبان فارسی، دربازه زمانی سال های 80 تا 94 با کلید واژه های شناسایی شده، انجام گردیده است. مقالات از نظر عنوان، چکیده و متن کامل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و پس از حذف موارد تکراری و نامرتبط، مقالات مرتبط با هدف پژوهش انتخاب گردید. یافته ها: از مجموع 177 مقاله، 29 مقاله مرتبط با هدف پژوهش انتخاب گردید. به طور کلی این مطالعات به بررسی امنیت، معماری، امکان سنجی پیاده سازی و تجربیات ناشی از اجرای آن، آگاهی و نگرش افراد و کاربرد آن در حوزه بالین پرداخته شده بود. نتایج این مطالعات به مواردی از جمله کمبود آگاهی کافی افراد، کمبود امکانات و تجهیزات و تخصیص بودجه کافی، وجود زیرساخت نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری نامناسب، ضعیف بودن روش های حفظ حریم خصوصی به عنوان مشکلات در این زمینه اشاره نمودند و نیاز به تجدید نظر در ساختار و تدوین دستورالعمل های خاص جهت اجرا این فناوری را الزامی دانستند. نتیجه گیری: فضای امروز در همه دنیا و در همه حوزه ها به ویژه حوزه سلامت، فضای تحول از طریق فناوری است. قابلیت های مفید فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای بهبود خدمات سلامت به طور گسترده ای در حال شناخته شدن است و با توجه به اینکه ابزارهای توسعه پزشکی از راه دور در کشور موجود است، نیاز به تقویت زیر ساخت ها و اختصاص بودجه کافی و آموزش به افراد از الزامات به نظر می رسد، تا بتوان از این فناوری در جهت ارتقا اهداف درمانی و آموزشی در نظام سلامت استفاده گردد.
