تاثیر تمرینات پیلاتس بر استقامت عضلانی ناحیه مرکزی بدن و دامنه ی حرکتی ستون فقرات کمری بیماران مبتلا به Spondylolysis
هدف: Spondylolysis یک نقص آناتومیکی در قسمت خلفی مهره در ناحیه بین Pedicle و Lamina در قسمت بین مفصلی Pars InterArticularis می باشد که عملکرد بیماران را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد، لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات پیلاتس بر استقامت عضلانی ناحیه مرکزی بدن و دامنه ی حرکتی ستون فقرات کمری بیماران مبتلا به Spondylolysis بود. روش بررسی: تعداد 14 نفر زن بیمار مبتلا به Spondylolysis با تشخیص پزشک جراح مغز و اعصاب ستون فقرات به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی و مساوی به دو گروه، مداخله با میانگین (سن 8/5±38/8سال، قد 6/9±161/2 سانتی متر، وزن 8/7 ± 69 کیلوگرم) و کنترل با میانگین (سن 8/7 ± 38/4 سال، قد 5/2±165 سانتی متر، وزن 6/8 ± 65/8 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. گروه مداخله به مدت 8 هفته، هفته ای 3 جلسه و هر جلسه بمدت 60 دقیقه به انجام تمرینات منتخب پیلاتس پرداختند. استقامت عضلانی ناحیهی مرکزی بدن (Test McGill)، دامنه حرکتی ستون فقرات کمری (تست شوبر دو بار اصلاح شده)، نمونه ها قبل و بعد از هشت هفته مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده در بین گروه های مورد مطالعه از مدل آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری استفاده شد (0/05>p). یافته ها: در گروه مداخله استقامت عضلانی ناحیه مرکزی بطور معناداری (0/05>p) افزایش یافت، اما در گروه کنترل تغییرات معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05<p). در مجموع تفاوت معناداری بین گروه مداخله و کنترل مشاهده شد (0/05>p). در گروه مداخله دامنه حرکتی ستون فقرات کمری بطور معناداری (0/05>p) افزایش یافت، اما در گروه کنترل تغییرات معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05<p). در مجموع تفاوت معناداری بین گروه مداخله و کنترل مشاهده شد (0/05>p). نتیجه گیری: از یافته های تحقیق حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات منتخب پیلاتس می تواند موجب بهبود استقامت عضلانی ناحیه مرکزی بدن و دامنه حرکتی ستون فقرات کمری بیماران مبتلا به Spondylolysis گردد، لذا احتمالا می تواند به عنوان یک روش مفید برای توانبخشی و درمان بیماری Spondylolysis پیشنهاد شود.

تعیین اثر طول نمونه زبانی بر میانگین طول گفته بر اساس تکواژ در کودکان طبیعی فارسی زبان
هدف: تحلیل نمونه زبانی (LSA: Language Sample Analysis) یکی از بهترین شیوه های ارزیابی زبان و میانگین طول گفته ((MLU: Mean Length of Utterance یکی از پرکاربرد ترین شیوه ها برای تحلیل نمونه زبانی در کودکان است. نمونه گیری از گفتار خودانگیخته به منظور تعیین MLU مستلزم صرف زمان زیادی است و در حال حاضر مشخص نیست که چه تعداد گفته از نمونه گفتار خودانگیخته کودکان فارسی زبان نماینده توانایی آن ها در تکواژشناسی و نحو است. تعیین وجود رابطه بین حجم نمونه زبانی و MLU میتواند راهگشای تحقیقات بعدی در زمینه تعیین طول نمونه زبانی مورد اطمینان برای تعیین MLU در کودکان فارسی زبان باشد، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثر طول نمونه زبانی بر میانگین طول گفته بر اساس تکواژ(Mean Length of Utterance in Morpheme: MLUm) در کودکان 5- 4 ساله طبیعی فارسی زبان انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: 30 کودک (15 دختر و 15 پسر) از مهدکودک های شهر بابل انتخاب شدند. نمونه گیری زبانی طی 30 دقیقه بازی آزاد هر کودک با آزمونگر انجام گرفت. چهار مجموعه از نمونه گفتار در طول های مختلف، 50، 150،100 و 200 گفته، پی در پی نسخه برداری شدند. میانگین MLUm در طول های مختلف با استفاده از آزمون های آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته ها: میانگین MLUm در نمونه های دارای 50 (میانگین=4/40) و 150(میانگین=4/71) گفته و نمونه های دارای 50 (میانگین=4/40) و 200 (میانگین=4/79) گفته به صورت معنادار با هم متفاوت بود. تفاوت میانگین MLUm در سایر حجم ها معنادار نبود (0/05 >p). نتیجه گیری: در نمونه گفتار خودانگیخته کودکان طبیعی فارسی زبان طول نمونه زبانی بر MLUm موثر بوده و افزایش طول نمونه زبانی به میزان 100 گفته یا بیشتر موجب افزایش MLUm می گردد. این تاثیر در نمونه های زبانی بیش از 100 گفته معنادار نیست.

مقایسه اثر سه روش اصلاحی بر کیفیت زندگی و سر به جلو در مردان مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی
هدف: سندرم متقاطع فوقانی موجب بروز ناراستایی در بدن می شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه اثر سه روش تمرینات اصلاحی بر کیفیت زندگی و زاویه سر به جلو در افراد مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی بود. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر به صورت نیمه تجربی و پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بود. بین کلیه افراد مراجعه کننده به کلینیک حرکات اصلاحی شهر ایلام که مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی بودند، تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه تجربی قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی اول به مدت هشت هفته تمرینات ترکیبی منتخب اصلاحی اندام تحتانی و فوقانی را انجام دادند. گروه تجربی دوم در مدت مشابه برنامه تمرینات اندام فوقانی و گروه سوم نیز در همین مدت برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی پایین تنه را انجام دادند. قبل و بعد از مداخله کیفیت زندگی و زاویه سر به جلو افراد به ترتیب با استفاده از مقیاس SF-36 و فوتوگرامتری اندازه گیری شد. در تحلیل داده ها سطح معنی داری 0/05>p استفاده شد. یافته ها: هر سه گروه تفاوت معنی داری را در قبل و بعد از مداخله در مورد مقیاس کیفیت زندگی (0/05>p) و میزان زاویه سر به جلو (0/05>p) نشان دادند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که میزان بهبودی در گروه تمرینات ترکیبی فوقانی و تحتانی بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر بود. نتیجه گیری: تمرینات اصلاحی اندام های فوقانی و تحتانی بر کیفیت زندگی و زاویه سر به جلو در افراد مبتلا به سندرم متقاطع فوقانی موثر بوده لذا، کاردرمان ها می توانند از برنامه تمرینات ترکیبی اندام تحتانی و فوقانی در درمان افراد مبتلا بهبودی بیشتری حاصل کنند.

بررسی دیدگاه بیماران دیابتی در رابطه با استفاده از پورتال های سلامت
هدف: پورتال های بیمار نقش مؤثری در مدیریت مراقبت سلامت مخصوصا بیماری های مزمن همچون دیابت دارند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه بیماران دیابتی در رابطه با استفاده از پورتال های سلامت، می باشد. روش بررسی: یک مطالعه توصیفی– مقطعی در سال 1396 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل 145 نفر از افراد دیابتی بودند که به مدت چهار ماه به یک مرکز دیابت واقع در شهر مشهد مراجعه می کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ای معتبر و پایا بود. تحلیل داده ها با آمار توصیفی و با کمک نرم افزار SPSS 16انجام گرفت. یافته ها: در این مطالعه 50/3 درصد شرکت کنندگان زن بودند و میانگین سنی افراد 40 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد که 70/3 درصد از بیماران با نقش پورتال ها در تسهیل برقراری ارتباط بین پزشک و بیمار کاملا موافق و موافق بودند. 64/1 درصد از بیماران با سودمندی پورتال دیابت و67/6 درصد از آنان با مناسب بودن آن به عنوان یک جایگزین برای تعامل فرد با ارائه دهنده کاملا موافق و موافق بودند. مهمترین انتظارات بیماران دیابتی از پورتال در این مطالعه، باز نویسی نسخه توسط پزشک بدون حضور بیمار، ارزیابی نتایج تست های آزمایشگاهی و ارزیابی وضعیت سلامت توسط خود بیمار بود. نتیجه گیری: مشارکت بیمار در فرایند مراقبت تاثیر بسزایی در بهبود کیفیت مراقبت خواهد داشت و پورتال های سلامت می توانند نقش مهمی در این زمینه ایفا کنند. از سوی دیگر، برای جلب مشارکت هرچه بیشتر بیمار در روند درمان، باید اطلاعات بیشتری در مورد نگرش ها، نیازها و آگاهی از بیماران در مورد پورتال ها و تجربیات آن ها کسب گردد.

تاثیر تمرین پیشگیری از آسیب فیفا +11 تعدیل شده بر فاکتورهای کینماتیکی فرود از پرش بازیکنان مرد نخبه هندبال
هدف: برنامه های گرم کردن از متداول ترین برنامه های پیشگیری کننده از آسیب در ورزش های مختلف می باشد. معروف ترین برنامه تمرینی با ساختار گرم کردن فیفا +11 می باشد که ویژه فوتبال می باشد اما در دیگر رشته های ورزشی باعث کاهش آسیب گردیده است. اما هنوز مکانیسم اثر این تمرینات مشخص نمی باشد و این مطالعه تغییرات کینماتیکی فرود از پرش بعد از اجرای برنامه فیفا +11 تعدیل شده را بررسی می نماید. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 48 نفر از بازیکنان جوان و بزرگسال نخبه هندبال حاضر در لیگ کشور انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی به گروه های مساوی تمرین و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین علاوه بر تمرینات معمولی خود تمرین +11 تعدیل شده را نیز انجام میدادند و گروه شاهد تنها تمرینات معمولی خود را داشتند. با استفاده از صفحه نیرو Kistler و دوربینOptitrack و مارکرهای پاسیو مستقر شده بروی لندمارک های بدن، و با کمک نرم افزار متلب زوایای خمیدگی تنه و خمیدگی زانو در صفحه Sagittal و زاویه والگوس زانو در صفحه فرونتال در هنگام فرود از پرش عمودی در لحظه تماس اولیه با صفحه نیرو و در طول فرود محاسبه گردید. برای مقایسه گروه ها و تاثیر مداخله از آزمون آنوای دو راهه با اندازه های تکراری استفاده شد. یافته ها: برنامه تمرین گرم کردنی +11 تعدیل شده باعث تاثیر معنی داری بر فاکتورهای کینماتیکی فرود شامل افزایش زاویه خمیدگی تنه و خمیدگی زانو و کاهش زاویه والگوس زانو در گروه تمرین گردید. در مقایسه دو گروه در پس آزمون زوایای خمیدگی تنه و زاویه والگوس زانو گروه تمرین با گروه شاهد اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: تمرینات گرم کردنی و پیشگیری از اسیب فیفا +11 با خمیدگی تنه در هنگام فرود احتمالا بر فعال سازی عضلات اندام تحتانی تاثیرگذار بوده، موجب جذب بیشتر انرژی شده و نیروی کمتری را به زانو منتقل میکند. با افزایش زاویه خمیدگی زانو در هنگام فرود، باعث کاهش میزان نیروهای برشی و در نتیجه کاهش فشار به رباط های زانو میگردد. همچنین با کاهش زاویه والگوسی زانو بار والگوسی کاهش یافته و تمام این عوامل می تواند از مکانیسم های کاهش میزان شیوع و یا کاهش شدت آسیب های وارده به اندام تحتانی بویژه زانو باشد.

بررسی توزیع نقشه های توپوگرافی قرنیه توسط پنتاکم در جمعیت روستایی شمال و جنوب کشور
هدف: تعیین توزیع نقشه های توپوگرافی قرنیه توسط پنتاکم در یک جمعیت روستایی به تفکیک سن و جنس روش بررسی: این مطالعه بصورت مقطعی در دو منطقه روستایی از شمال و جنوب ایران صورت گرفت، در این مطالعه نمونه ها بصورت تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای تمام شرکت کنندگان معاینات بینایی- سنجی شامل اندازه گیری دید و رفرکشن انجام انجام گرفت، تمام شرکت کنندگان تحت معاینه با اسلیت لامپ قرار گرفتند و سپس برای تمام افراد شرکت کننده توسط پنتاکم تصویر برداری قرنیه انجام می شد. یافته ها: در این گزارش یافته های 794 فرد با میانگین سنی 18/53±32/10 آنالیز شد؛ 398 نفر (51/21 درصد) از افراد شرکت کننده مذکر بودند. شایع ترین نقشه توپوگرافیک Symmetric Bowtie با 171 نفر (21/6 درصد) و بعد از آن Superior Steepening با 142 نفر (17/9 درصد) بودند و کمترین تعداد به ترتیب مربوط به گروه های Skewed Radial Axis با 24 فرد (3 درصد) و گروه Round با 45 نفر (5/6 درصد) بودند. شایعترین نقشه توپوگرافی در گروه سنی20-5 سال Oval و Symmetric Bowtie 9/25 درصد، گروه سنی 40-21 سال Symmetric Bowtie با 72 نفر (27/8 درصد) و بیشتر از 40 سال بیشترین تعداد افراد در گروه Irregular با 48 نفر (18/6 درصد) بودند. نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه برای اولین بار اطلاعات مهمی از نقشه های توپوگرافی روستاییان شمال و جنوب ایران در اختیار ما قرار داد، یافته های ما نشان داد Symmetric Bowtie شایع ترین و Skewed Radial Axis نادرترین نوع نقشه توپوگرافی می باشد. استفاده از یافته ها این مطالعه در تشخیص مشکلات قرنیه و امور درمانی می تواند موثر باشد.

سنجش روایی و پایایی آزمون کارکردهای شناختی-حرکتی در اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی
هدف: برای سنجش علایم کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیشفعالی، از مقیاس های پرسشنامه ای و نوروسایکولوژیک استفاده میشود. این مطالعه با هدف سنجش روایی و پایایی آزمون کارکردهای شناختی-حرکتی در اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی انجام شد. روش بررسی: تعداد 36 کودک از بین کودکان 6 تا 12 سال (میانگین سنی 2/38±9/12 سال) مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیشفعالی و فاقد اختلالات همبود مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره و روان شناختی شناخت شهر اصفهان، انتخاب شدند. از تمامی کودکان پرسشنامه های Connersوالدین و معلم و آزمون کارکردهای شناختی-حرکتی ثبت گردید. همبستگی بین خرده مقیاسهای کانرز والدین، معلم و آزمون کارکردهای شناختی-حرکتی بررسی شد. یافته ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین خطای ارتکاب در آزمون کارکردهای شناختی-حرکتی و خرده مقیاس بیشفعالی در پرسشنامه کانرز والدین (0/01p<، 0/93=r) و معلم (0/01p<، 0/91=r) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. رابطه بین خطای حذف با خرده مقیاس بیتوجهی پرسشنامه کانرز والدین (0/01p<، 0/83=r) و معلم (0/01p<، 0/90=r) معنادار بود. همچنین بین زمان واکنش و خرده مقیاس مقابلهای (تکانشگری) پرسشنامه کانرز والدین (0/01p<، 0/92=r) و معلم (0/01p<، 0/82=r) همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر همبستگی قوی بین مقیاس های پرسش نامه ای و آزمون کارکردهای شناختی-حرکتی در اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیشفعالی را نشان داد. بنابراین میتوان از این ابزار در کنار سایر ابزار پرسش نامه ای و نوروسایکولوژیک جهت تشخیص این اختلال استفاده کرد.

مقایسه ویژگی های نحوی زبان دریافتی و بیانی بین کودکان لکنتی و عادی 4 تا 9 سال
هدف: نظریه های زیادی درباره ی ارتباط بین لکنت و رشد زبان مطرح شده است. برخی از محققان به بررسی تاثیر عوامل زبان شناختی برلکنت پرداخته اند. هدف مطالعه ی حاضر مقایسه ی ویژگی های نحوی زبان دریافتی و بیانی بین کودکان لکنتی و کودکان عادی می باشد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه ی مورد_شاهدی می باشد. شرکت کنندگان 21 کودک لکنتی و 21 کودک غیرلکنتی در دامنه سنی 4 تا 9 سال بودند. ارزیابی ویژگی های نحوی در دو گروه با استفاده از بخش نحو آزمون رشد زبان (TOLD ) انجام شد. به منظور بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف استفاده گردید و پس از تایید نرمال بودن داده ها جهت مقایسه خرده آزمون های اندازه گیری شده میان گروه لکنتی و غیرلکنتی از آزمون تی مستقل استفاده گردید. مقدار 0/05>p، سطح معنی داری آزمون ها در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره استاندارد در خرده آزمون درک دستوری TOLD بین دو گروه مورد و شاهد یکسان بوده و تفاوت معنا داری نداشت. اما میانگین نمره استاندارد در خرده آزمون های تقلید جمله و تکمیل دستوری آزمون TOLD بین دو گروه نشان دهنده ی آن است که میانگین نمره استاندارد در گروه مورد در این خرده آزمون ها کمتر می باشد و دو گروه تفاوت معناداری داشتند (0/005≥p). نتیجه گیری: مطابق با نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق کودکان لکنتی، زبان بیانی ضعیف تری نسبت به کودکان غیر لکنتی دارند. این یافته با این موضوع که سطح مهارت زبانی بر بروز لکنت موثر است همخوانی دارد.

ارتباط آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی با ریسک فاکتورهای آسیب زا و توانایی آن در پیشبینی آسیب های ورزشی
هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی با ریسک فاکتورهای آسیبزای تعادل، انعطاف پذیری، چابکی، توان، سرعت و همچنین توانایی پیش بینی آسیب این آزمون در ورزشکاران مرد و زن دانشجو بود. روش بررسی: پنجاه و پنج نفر از دانشجویان تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی (32 مرد و 23 زن) با میانگین سن 0/91±19/22 سال و قد 8/56±170/05 سانتی متر، به روش هدفمند جهت شرکت در این تحقیق انتخاب شدند. جهت ارزیابی کیفیت حرکات از آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی استفاده شد. از آزمون های استاندارد؛ پرتاب توپ طبی، چابکی T، 45 متر سرعت، پرش عمودی، تعادل پویا و انعطاف پذیری به منظور سنجش ریسک فاکتورهای آسیب زا استفاده شد. از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون لجستیک در سطح معناداری برای آنالیز دادهها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد، افرادی که نمره غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی کمتر از 14 داشتند، 4/12 برابر، بیشتر از افرادی که نمره آن ها بالاتر از 14 است در معرض آسیب هستند (0/012=p). همچنین بین غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی با چابکی و سرعت ارتباط منفی و با پرش عمودی، تعادل پویای Y و انعطافپذیری V-sit ارتباط مثبت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>p)، اما با پرتاب توپ طبی ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05<p). با توجه به نمرات غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی، 67 درصد از آزمودنی ها در معرض آسیب بودند. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافته ها، آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی می تواند به عنوان ابزاری برای پیشب ینی آسیب های ورزشی و همچنین سنجش میزان آمادگی جسمانی ورزشکاران، قبل از شرکت در رشته های ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

طراحی سیستم پایگاه داده بیماران عروق کرونر در بیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد سال 1395
هدف: داده ها پایه تصمیم گیری در مراقبت های بهداشتی هستند و باید در قالب پایگاه های داده ای سازمان دهی شوند. اساس استفاده از سیستم های هوشمند از قبیل داده کاوی و انبار داده ها در مراقبت سلامت پایگاه داده می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت بیماری کرونر قلبی، پژوهش حاضر به طراحی و پیاده سازی پایگاه داده برای بیماران عروق کرونر قلب بیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد پرداخته است. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کاربردی - توسعه ای با هدف طراحی پایگاه داده برای سازمان دهی داده های بیماران عروق کرونر قلب و پیاده سازی آن در محیط زبان پرسش ساختار مند (SQL) بود. پس از تعیین و دسته بندی الزامات اطلاعاتی، سیستم پایگاه داده طراحی گردیده و معماری آن توضیح داده شد. برای پیاده سازی واسط کاربری سیستم، از محیط ویژوال استودیو و زبان سی شارپ استفاده شد. در انتها سیستم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: پس از ثبت اطلاعات 350 پرونده در پایگاه داده، مطابق دستورات اعمال شده در برنامه، پرس و جوهایی (Query) متفاوت از سیستم درخواست شد. سیستم پیشنهادی در این پژوهش عوامل خطرزای تاثیر گذار در وقوع بیماری عروق کرونر را به عنوان ورودی گرفته و امکان آمارگیری و اعمال پردازش های لازم بر روی دادها را فراهم کرد. نتیجه گیری: پایگاه داده طراحی شده در این پژوهش می تواند به ذخیره، دسترسی، بازیابی و مقایسه اطلاعات بیماران کمک کرده و در نهایت منجر به تشخیص و درمان به موقع این بیماری گردد. همچنین، پایگاه داده طراحی شده توانایی پاسخگویی به نیاز های کاربران را نیز دارد.

تأثیر تمرینات پیلاتس بر شدت درد و شاخص های تعادلی زنان مبتلا به آرتروز زانو
هدف: استئوارتریت زانو یکی از شایع ترین بیماری ها در زنان می باشد که میتواند موجب عوارضی از قبیل درد و کاهش تعادل شود. لذا پیدا کردن راهی که بتواند این عوارض را کاهش دهد، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. با توجه به اثرات مثبت تمرینات پیلاتس، در این تحقیق تأثیر تمرینات پیلاتس بر شدت درد و شاخص های تعادلی زنان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش بررسی: تعداد 26 زن مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو با میانگین سنی 54/61 سال به صورت در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی ساده به دو گروه 13 نفری تجربی ( قد: 5±158 سانتی متر، وزن: 7/89±70/71 کیلوگرم) و کنترل ( قد:6±154 سانتی متر، وزن: 8/30±70/38 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. شاخص های تعادلی و شدت درد به ترتیب با دستگاه بایودکس و مقیاس بصری درد، قبل و بعد از 8 هفته تمرینات پیلاتس اندازه گیری و ثبت شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل آنالیز واریانس اندازه های تکراری در سطح 0/05>p مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تغییرات درونگروهی در گروه تجربی، کاهش معنی دار شدت درد (0/019=p) و افزایش شاخص تعادل 0/002=p) را در آزمودنی ها نشان داد. همچنین یافته های تغییرات همزمان درون گروهی و بین گروهی (اثر تعاملی) نشان داد که شدت درد (0/001=p) و شاخص تعادل (0/001=p) در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود معنیداری یافته است. نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر، تمرینات پیلاتس اثر مثبتی بر کاهش شدت درد و افزایش شاخص های تعادلی بیماران مبتلا به استئو آرتریت زانو دارد. بنابراین شاید بتوان این تمرینات را برای بهبود علائم بالینی این بیماران پیشنهاد داد.

مروری بر نتایج آزمون های حرکات چشم در افراد مبتلا به دیابت
دیابت یکی از رایج ترین اختلالات متابولیک و یکی از نگرانی های اصلی سلامت عمومی در جهان می باشد دیابت، عوارض زیادی در سیستم عصبی مرکزی ایجاد می کند که آسیب های عملکردی مهمی را نتیجه می دهد اختلالات کوچک نورولوژیک که در اثر دیابت ایجاد می شوند در معاینات نورولوژیکال روتین قابل تشخیص نیستند. آنالیز حرکات چشم یک راه مناسب تشخیص ضایعات مغزی است به خصوص بررسی رفلکس های ساکاد ( Saccade) برای شناسایی وجود پاتولوژی سیستم عصبی مرکزی مفید هستند. دیابت می تواند سبب اختلالاتی در حرکات چشم از جمله کاهش دقت و افزایش زمان تاخیر حرکات ساکاد و کاهش سرعت حرکات پرسویت (Pursuit) شود که این می تواند آسیب به سیستم عصبی مرکزی را در بیماران دیابتی نشان دهد همچنین عدم تقارن در حرکات ساکادیک چشم و حرکات اپتوکینتیک در افراد دیابتیک مشخص می کند که دیابت با آسیب به عملکرد پایه مغز و مخچه و سلول های گانگلیون بازال می تواند سبب اختلال حرکات چشم شود این تست ها در تشخیص زودهنگام عوارض دیابت در سیستم عصبی مرکزی این بیماران می توانند مفید باشند. این مقاله نتایج مقالات ارائه شده در پایگاه های داده Google Scholar، Web of science، PubMed از سال 1948 تا 2016 را مورد بررسی، ارزیابی و نقد قرار داده است. شواهد علمی معتبر با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج، جمع آوری، بررسی، بحث و نتیجه گیری شده اند. هدف از این مطالعه مروری بر مطالعاتی است که تست های ساکاد و حرکات چشم را در بیماران دیابتی بررسی کرده اند تا با خلاصه و جمع بندی نتایج آن ها بتوانیم به این سوال پاسخ دهیم که آیا اختلالات موجود در حرکات چشم می تواند با مشخصات کلینیکی دیابت ارتباط پیدا کند.
