اثربخشی استفاده از "سامانه هوشمند تعلیق وزن دینامیک" بر توانایی عملکردی کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی و دیگر بیماری های دستگاه عصبی
هدف:راه رفتن یکی از پایه ای ترین نیازهای زندگی روزمره ی کودک است. حذف راه رفتن از زندگی کودک منجر به بروز عوارض مختلفی می شود. بنابراین، همواره در فرآیند توانبخشی کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی، فاز راه اندازی و راه رفتن از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. امروزه با پیشرفت فناوری های موجود در زمینه ی توانبخشی، استفاده از تجهیزات جدید با تکیه بر علم روز دنیا جهت تسریع فرآیند راه رفتن، بسیار ضروری خواهد بود. هدف از انجام مطالعه ی حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی سامانه هوشمند تعلیق وزن دینامیک بر بهبود توانایی عملکردی و راهرفتن در کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی و سایر بیماری های دستگاه عصبی است.روش بررسی:یازده کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی، تأخیر رشد حرکتی و سایر بیماری های اکتسابی یا ژنتیکی دستگاه عصبی در مطالعه شرکت کردند. پیش از شروع مداخله، تست های عملکردی شامل پنج بار نشستن و بلندشدن بر روی صندلی، بلندشدن از حالت نشسته راه رفتن و برگشتن، تست بالا و پایین رفتن از پلهها و مقیاس تعادلی برگ از شرکت کنندگان گرفته شد. این تست ها همچنین پس از پایان جلسات دهم و بیستم نیز از شرکتکنندگان اخذ شد. دوره ی تمرینات، شامل 20 جلسه بود که در 10 جلسه ی ابتدایی، تمرین های عمومی و در 10 جلسه ی پایانی، تمرین های پیشرفته انجام میگرفت. مدت زمان هر جلسه تمرین 20 دقیقه در نظر گرفته شد. تمرین ها به وسیلهی سامانه هوشمند تعلیق وزن دینامیک انجام میگرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های رتبه علامتدار ویلکاکسون و آزمون Marginal Homogeneity و با نرم افزار SPSS در سطح معناداری 0/1 تحلیل شد.یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف معنادار در مقیاس تعادلی برگ میان ارزیابی در نوبت اول و سوم (P=0/003, m=12/364)، اول و دوم (P=0/003, m=8/636) و دوم و سوم (P=0/028, m=3/727) وجود دارد. در مورد تست های پنج بار نشستن و بلندشدن بر روی صندلی و بالا و پایین رفتن از پله ها اختلاف معنادار میان ارزیابی ها در نوبت اول و سوم و اول و دوم وجود دارد اما برای تست بلندشدن از حالت نشسته راه رفتن و برگشتن، اختلاف معنادار تنها میان ارزیابی های نوبت اول و سوم وجود داشت.نتیجه گیری:نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تمرین های انجام گرفته با سامانه هوشمند تعلیق وزن دینامیک، موجب بهبود توانایی های عملکردی و راه رفتن در کودکان شده است.

تاثیر یک دوره ماساژ کوتاه مدت بر فشار کف پایی در حین راه رفتن و شدت درد زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن ناشی از فتق دیسک کمری
هدف:فتق دیسک کمری یکی از انواع کمردرد است که می تواند باعث اسپاسم عضلات، تغییر در راه رفتن و در نهایت منجر به ناتوانی و افت کیفیت زندگی فرد شود. ماساژ از مداخله های موثر در کاهش درد در مبتلایان به کمر درد و فتق دیسک می باشد بنابراین در این مطالعه تاثیر ماساژ حاد بر کاهش درد و به دنبال آن تغییرات فشار کف پایی در هر جلسه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش بررسی:در این مطالعه 14 زن مبتلا به کمردرد ناشی از فتق دیسک کمری با دامنه سنی 35 تا 45 با نمایه توده بدنی 25 تا 30 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع 5 جلسه ماساژ دریافت کردند و در پایان هر جلسه، فشار کف پایی و شدت درد ارزیابی شد.یافته ها:نتایج نشان دهنده کاهش معنادار در درد پس از پنج جلسه ماساژ بود (0/05>p). بین جلسات ماساژ نیز تفاوت متغیرها معنادار بود (0/05>p). میزان کاهش درد در جلسات اول بیشتر بود. فشار کف پایی در حین راه رفتن پس از پنج جلسه ماساژ فقط در پای راست بهبود معناداری داشت (0/05>p). اما تفاوت معناداری بین جلسات ماساژ در هیچ یک از پاها مشاهده نشد (0/05<p).نتیجه گیری:یک جلسه ماساژ می تواند درد بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد ناشی از فتق دیسک کمری را بهبود بخشد، اما بر فشار کف پایی تاثیر معناداری ندارد. با اینحال 5 جلسه ماساژ احتمالا می تواند مکانیسم جبرانی ایجاد شده برای جلوگیری از درد را خنثی کند.

عملکرد روانی معنایی در بزرگسالان دوزبانه عربی-فارسی و تکزبانه فارسی
هدف:مطالعه دوزبانگی اغلب از مطالعه توانایی های زبان در تکزبانه ها جدا شده است. با این حال مطالعه مقایسه ای، نتایج بهتر و جامعی می تواند در اختیار ما قرار دهد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، یافتن پایه ها و مقایسه توانایی عملکرد روانی معنایی در افراد سالم دوزبانه عرب-فارس و تک زبانه فارس ساکن اهواز می باشد.روش بررسی:پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقایسه ای-مقطعی روی 58 بزرگسال دوزبانه عرب-فارس و 60 تکزبانه فارس با محدوده سنی 20 تا 40 ساله به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. جهت مقایسه مهارت نامیدن در هر دو گروه دوزبانه و تکزبانه از تکلیف روانی معنایی استفاده گردید. در این تکلیف از فرد خواسته می شد اسامی مربوط به مقوله میوه ها و حیوانات را در مدت یک دقیقه نام ببرد. داده ها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها:همه متغیرها به جز متغیر تعداد میوه ها بین هر دو زبان عربی و فارسیِ افراد دوزبانه به لحاظ آماری تفاوت معناداری داشتند (0/05>p). تفاوت در زبان مادری نیز بین دو گروه مورد مطالعه در تمامی متغیرها از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود (0/05>p). تفاوت میانگین روانی معنایی به زبان فارسی بین افراد دوزبانه و تکزبانه نیز به جز در دو متغیرِ تعداد میوه و اندازه خوشه در مابقی متغیرها معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری:افراد دوزبانه در زبان دومشان (فارسی) عملکرد بهتری داشتند. بین زبان مادری افراد دوزبانه و تکزبانه در روانی معنایی تفاوت قابل توجه بود، اما در زبان فارسی بین دو گروه در دو متغیر تعداد میوه و اندازه خوشه تفاوت مشاهده نشد.

رابطه شاخص های وضعیت بدنی با تعادل در دانش آموزان 7 تا 10 ساله
هدف:اختلال حرکتی و انحرافات اسکلتی عضلانی به ویژه در بین دانش آموزان می تواند یکی از مسائل مهم در سیستم سلامت کشور در نظر گرفته شود. لذا بررسی عوامل مرتبط با وضعیت بدنی و اختلالات حرکتی می تواند نقش مهمی در شناسایی و پیشگیری از مشکلات وضعیتی و حرکتی داشته باشد. روش بررسی:تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است. در این تحقیق 340 دانش آموز پسر با میانگین سن 0/9±8/2 سال، میانگین وزن 6/6±26/4 کیلوگرم، میانگین قد 9/10±125/9 سانتی متر، میانگین شاخص توده بدنی 2/9±16/3 به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای ارزیابی تعادل (ایستاوپویا) ااز دو آیتم ایستادن و راه رفتن روی چوب موازنه آزمون تبحر حرکتی برونینکس- اوزر تسکی فرم کوتاه استفاده شد. مولفه های وضعیت بدنی شامل سربه جلو (فتوگرافی)، شانه گرد (فتوگرافی)، شانه نابرابر (اینکلاینومتر)، اسکلیوز (فتوگرافی)، کایفوز (خط کش منعطف)، لوردوز (خط کش منعطف)، لگن نابرابر (اینکلاینومتر) و وضعیت زانو ها (کولیس استخوان) و کف پا (شاخص استاهلی) بودندکه با ابزار های استاندارد و معتبر مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفتند. به منظور تعیین میزان ارتباط از روش همبستگی اسپیرمن با توجه به عدم نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج توصیفی شیوع ناهنجاری های وضعیتی در اسکولیوز غیر ساختاری 55/6 درصد، سر به جلو 48/3 درصد، کف پای صاف چپ 71/2 درصد بیشترین و هایپر کایفوزیس 3 درصد وزانوی پرانتزی 3/8 درصد کمترین مقدار را نشان داد. نتایج بررسی رابطه بین متغیرها نشان داد تعادل ایستا با میانگین (5/2±7/2) ثانیه با شاخص وضعیت بدنی میزان افتادگی شانه چپ با میانگین )1/02 ±0/38( درجه در میان دانش آموزان 10-7 ساله پسر همبستگی مثبت (0/155=r)و با مقدار افتادگی شانه راست با میانگین (1/5±0/86 ) درجه همبستگی منفی (0/192-=r) وجود دارد. در دیگر شاخص ها رابطه معنا داری مشاهده نشد. همچنین تعادل پویا با میانگین (1/15±5/45) ثانیه با مقدار زاویه کایفوز با میانگین (11/6±30/34) درجه (0/108-=r) و افتادگی شانه راست با میانگین (1/5±0/86) درجه (0/119-=r) و اندازه انحراف زانوی به داخل با میانگین (2/1±1/18) سانتی متر (0/173-=r) در میان دانش آموزان 10-7 ساله پسر همبستگی منفی دارند. در دیگر شاخص ها رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد بین نمره تعادل کل (مجموع تعادل ایستا و پویا) و مقدار افتادگی شانه راست (0/185- =r) همبستگی منفی و مقدار افتادگی شانه چپ (0/146=r) همبستگی مثبت وجود دارد در دیگر شاخص ها رابطه معنا داری مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری:نتایج تحقیق حاضر حاکی از ارتباط بین شاخص های میزان افتادگی شانه راست و چپ با تعادل ایستا، میزان انحراف زانو به داخل، میزان زاویه کایفوز و میزان افتادگی شانه راست با تعادل پویا و میزان افتادگی شانه راست و چپ با تعادل کل در کودکان 7 تا 10 ساله پسر می باشد. در نتیجه می توان استنباط کرد که تعادل به عنوان یکی از مهارت های بنیادی مهم در کودکان که وابسته به قدرت و انعطاف پذیری عضلات بدن می باشد با بروز تغییرات در راستای بدنی در ارتباط بوده و وضعیت بدنی و تعادل می توانند در یکدیگر تاثیرگذار باشند بنابراین باتوجه به ماهیت تحقیق حاضر هنوز نمی توان درباره منشا تغییر و اینکه کدام مورد باعث تغییر و عامل اصلی می باشد نتیجه گیری کرد و لذا نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر در این خصوص می باشد.

تاثیر مداخلات کاردرمانی و تحریک الکتریکی مغز بر عملکرد حافظه دیداری- فضایی در مردان بزرگسال دارای اسکیزوفرنی
هدف:اسکیزوفرنی یکی از ناتوان کننده ترین اختلالات روان شناختی و یکی از شایع ترین سایکوزها (Psychosis) می باشد. سطح عملکرد این بیماران می تواند تحت تاثیر اختلالات شناختی و به خصوص حافظه دیداری- فضایی قرار گیرد. توانبخشی شناختی می تواند به بهبود عملکردهای شناختی کمک کند. همچنین به نظر می رسد تحریک الکتریکی مغز (Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation; TDCS) نیز می تواند حافظه فعال این بیماران را افزایش دهد. در این مطالعه قصد داریم به بررسی اثر کاردرمانی به همراه TDCS بر عملکرد حافظه دیداری- فضایی و یادگیری دیداری در این گروه از بیماران بپردازیم.روش بررسی:پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه مداخله ای به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون دو گروهی و دو سو کور می باشد. در این پژوهش 24 نفر به روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. مداخله به صورت 12 جلسة 20 دقیقه ای برگزار شد. الکترود آند در منطقة F3 یا همان DLPFC چپ و الکترود کاتد روی منطقة سوپرا اوربیتال (Supra Orbital) سمت مقابل قرار داده شد. تمام شرکت کنندگان هر جلسه 3 تمرین شناختی مربوط به حافظه دیداری - فضایی انجام دادند و همچنین به مدت 30 دقیقه خدمات کاردرمانی روانی- اجتماعی دریافت کردند. عملکرد حافظه دیداری – فضایی بیماران به وسیله دو آزمون حافظه شناسایی فضایی (Spatial Recognition Memory; SRM) و یادگیری وابسته زوجی (Paired Associate Learning; PAL)، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته ها:نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از تحریک الکتریکی مغز به همراه تمرینات شناختی و خدمات کاردرمانی می تواند باعث افزایش معنادار (0/05>p) عملکرد حافظه دیداری- فضایی و همچنین یادگیری دیداری شود. نتایج SRM (p=0/004) بعد از مداخله بین دو گروه تفاوت معنادار داشت. نتایج تست PAL (p=0/01) نیز بعد از مداخله معنادار شد.نتیجه گیری:در این مطالعه مشخص شد که در صورت همراهی تحریک الکتریکی با تمرینات شناختی و کاردرمانی، می توان در مدت کوتاهی عملکرد حافظه دیداری- فضایی و یادگیری دیداری را تقویت نمود.

تاثیر تیپینگ مچ پا بر توانایی حفظ تعادل ایستا وپویا با و بدون ورودی بینایی قبل و بعد از خستگی
هدف:بهبود کنترل پاسچر (Postural Control) به عنوان یک توانایی اساسی عملکردی برای انجام فعالیت های روزمره زندگی ضروری است. خستگی عضلانی، اطلاعات رسیده از منابع حسی به مغز را مختل، کنترل پاسچر را تحت تاثیر و تعادل را کاهش می دهد. با توجه به نقش اساسی پا به عنوان نقطه اصلی برخورد میان زمین و بدن، هرگونه مداخله ی خارجی موثر بر پا، می تواند تعادل را تحت تاثیر خود قرار دهد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تاثیر آنی تیپینگ مچ پا بر توانایی حفظ تعادل ایستا و پویا با و بدون ورودی بینایی قبل و بعد از خستگی بود.روش بررسی:جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه بوعلی سینا بودند. پس از اعلام فراخوانِ مطالعه، با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج، 20 داوطلب زن به عنوان نمونه آماری وارد مطالعه شدند. معیارهای ورود به پژوهش عبارت بودند از: برتر بودن پای راست، عدم ابتلا به ناهنجاری های (Deformitry) بارز در اندام تحتانی و برخورداری از ارتفاع نرمال ناویکولار. مداخلات به کار رفته در مطالعه حاضر شامل اعمال کینزیوتیپ به روش بسکتویو ( Basket Weave) در مچ پا و ایجاد خستگی توسط پروتکل خستگی بروس بود. تعادل ایستا و پویای آزمودنی ها قبل و بعداز تیپینگ در زمان های با و بدون خستگی با استفاده از دستگاه تعادلسنج بایودکس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه های تکراری در سطح معناداری ( 0/05>p) با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافتهها:اثر زمان (با و بدون خستگی) و وضعیت (با و بدون کینزیوتیپ) در هیچ یک از متغیرهای مورد بررسی معنادار نبود (0/05≤p). همچنین اثر متقابل زمان و وضعیت در بهبود تعادل ایستا در وضعیت چشم باز (0/13=p) و چشم بسته (0/297 =p) و تعادل پویا (0/738=p) قبل و بعد از اعمال پروتکل خستگی تفاوت معناداری نشان نداد.نتیجه گیری:با توجه به نتایج، تیپینگ مچ پا قبل و بعد از اعمال پروتکل خستگی در افراد سالم منجر به بهبود تعادل ایستا و پویا نگردید. به نظر میرسد انجام مطالعات تکمیلی بیشتری در این زمینه مورد نیاز است که به ما نشان دهد آیا تیپینگ موجب افزایش توانایی کنترل پاسچر میشود یا بیشتر نقش دارونما دارد.

هدف:مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر تمرینات کششی ایستا و تمرینات قدرتی در طول بلند عضله همسترینگ کوتاه شده بر تغییرات فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات پاراورتبرال ناحیه پشت در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن انجام شد.روش بررسی:چهل و پنج بیمار مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس در کلینیک ویژه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه، انتخاب شدند. نمونه ها علاوه بر دریافت درمان مرسوم فیزیوتراپی برای کمردرد، به طور تصادفی در 3 گروه تمرینات کششی (۱۵ نفر)، تمرینات قدرتی در طول بلند عضله (۱۵ نفر) و گروه شاهد بدون مداخله اضافی فقط درمان مرسوم فیزیوتراپی (۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. مداخلات درمانی به مدت 4 هفته، 3روز در هفته و مجموعا در 12 جلسه انجام گردید. طول عضله همسترینگ با روش نوریس (ران در وضعیت عمودی و تلاش بیمار برای راست کردن مفصل زانو) با گونیامتر اندازهگیری شد. اطلاعات الکترومایوگرافی از عضلات پاراورتبرال بیماران در حین خم کردن زانو در مقابل نیروی کش ورزشی، قبل و بعد از مداخله ثبت شد.یافته ها:طبق نتایج آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری، اثر درون گروهی، اثر تعاملی زمان و گروه و همچنین اثر بین گروهی میانگین فعالیت الکترومیوگرافی نرمالایز شده عضلات پشت لانجیسموس و ایلیوکستالیس (Longissimus, Iliocostalis) معنادار نبود (0/05<p). برای متغیرهای درد و ناتوانی فقط اثر اصلی درون گروهی معنی دار بود (0/05>p). اثرات بین گروهی و تعاملی برای این متغیرها معنی دار نبود.نتیجه گیری:بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه، هیچ یک از تمرینات اصلاحی کشش ایستا و تمرینات قدرتی عضله همسترینگ در طول بلند، تغییر معنیداری در فعالیت الکترومیوگرافیک عضلات پاراورتبرال نمونه ها ایجاد ننمودند.

تأثیر 8 هفته تمرینات منتخب ثبات مرکزی یوگا بر تعادل ایستا و نیمه پویا با چشمان باز و بسته در دختران غیر ورزشکار
هدف:حفظ تعادل یکی از مهمترین پارامترهای یک جسم سالم می باشد. هر فرد که با مشکلاتی در رابطه با تعادل مواجه است، به طریقی تلاش میکند تا بتواند تعادل از دست رفته خود را برگرداند یا آن را ارتقاء بخشد، بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق تاثیر 8 هفته تمرینات منتخب ثبات مرکزی یوگا بر تعادل ایستا و نیمه پویا با چشمان باز و بسته در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان میباشد.روش بررسی:پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی،که جامعه آماری آن دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان می باشد و نمونه آماری آن 20 نفر از جامعه آماری مدنظر است که به صورت نمونه گیری دسترس انتخاب شده اند.از تمام آزمودنیها پیش آزمون (سنجش تعادل ایستا و نیمه پویا با چشمان باز و بسته با دستگاه تعادل سنج بایودکس) گرفته شد سپس به مدت 8 هفته به اجرای تمرینات منتخب یوگا مشغول شدند و پس از آن پس آزمون به عمل آمد.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش از روش آماری تی وابسته در سطح معنیداری (0/05≥p) در نرم افزار 24spss استفاده شد. یافته ها:یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن بود که بین میانگین های پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوت معناداری برای متغیرهای تعادل ایستا با چشمان باز0/001=p و با چشمان بسته0/001=p؛ تعادل نیمه پویا خلفی – قدامی با چشمان باز 0/013=p و با چشمان بسته 0/004=p؛ تعادل نیمه پویا خلفی- داخلی با چشمان باز 0/001=p و با چشمان بسته 0/007=p؛ تعادل نیمه پوبا خلفی – خارجی با چشمان باز 0/001=p و با چشمان بسته 0/007=p وجود داشت.نتیجه گیری:با توجه به یافته های برآمده از تحقیق حاضر، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که این تمرینات احتمالا تاثیرات مثبتی بر تعادل نیمه پویا در همه جهات و تعادل ایستا با چشمان باز و بسته داشته باشد.

روش های ارزیابی بالینی و آزمایشگاهی استخوان کتف: یک مطالعه ی مروری
هدف:وضعیت مناسب استخوان کتف در طی حرکات اندام فوقانی ضرورت دارد. وضعیت نامناسب این استخوان می تواند در بروز اختلالات عملکردی شانه و در نتیجه ایجاد درد نقش داشته باشد. بنابراین، آگاهی از روش های ارزیابی وضعیت استخوان کتف از اهمیت ویژه برخوردار است. هدف از انجام مطالعه ی حاضر، مروری بر روش های ارزیابی بالینی و آزمایشگاهی استخوان کتف در مطالعات مختلف است. روش بررسی:کلیه ی مطالعات به زبان انگلیسی که از سال 1995 تا 2020 مرتبط با روش های ارزیابی استخوان کتف بودند با کلید واژه هایScapular kinematics, Scapular position, Scapular orientation, Clinical assessment, Evaluation, Assess, Measure Shoulder, از موتورجستجوگرهایGoogle, Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct انتخاب شدند. معیار ورود، مطالعاتی بود که در آن ها از روش های بالینی یا آزمایشگاهی برای ارزیابی وضعیت استاتیک یا دینامیک استخوان کتف استفاده شد.یافته ها:تعداد 29 مطالعه یافت شد که 14 مورد آن مربوط به روش های ارزیابی بالینی استخوان کتف و 15 مورد آن مربوط به روش های ارزیابی آزمایشگاهی استخوان کتف بودند. در این مطالعه به تفصیل به معرفی و توضیح این روش ها، معایب و مزایای هر روش و نیز میزان تکرارپذیری هر کدام پرداخته شد.نتیجه گیری:بر اساس مجموع یافته های این مطالعه، هر یک از روش های ارزیابی بالینی و آزمایشگاهی استخوان کتف دارای موارد کاربرد مختلف و نیز مزایا و معایبی است؛ لذا، به نظر می رسد نمی توان یکی از روش های فوق را به عنوان بهترین روش ارزیابی استخوان کتف معرفی کرد. پیشنهاد می شود انتخاب طریقه ی ارزیابی استخوان کتف، بر اساس هدف مطالعه، امکانات موجود، و توجه به نقاط قدرت و ضعف هر یک از شیوه های نام برده صورت بگیرد.

ارتباط شاخص های زبانشناسی در اقلیم های گرم و سرد با مفاهیم مرتبط در طب سنتی ایرانی: یک تئوری میان رشتهای
هدف:مفاهیم مطرح شده در طب ایرانی، به عنوان یکی از سیستم های کل نگر در طب مکمل و جایگزین، دارای ارتباطی تنگاتنگ با سایر رشته های علوم می باشد. نهادینه سازی رویکرد سازمان بهداشت جهانی مبنی بر استفاده از ظرفیت مکاتب طب سنتی، مستلزم رویکرد آکادمیک میان رشته ای به این حوزه می باشد. در طب ایرانی تغییر کیفیت گرمی و سردی می تواند منجر به تغییر کیفیت در ویژگی های گفتاری گردد . یکی از مصداق های این تغییر کیفیات، تغییر دمای بیرونی ناشی از تفاوت های اقلیمی است. از آنجاکه براساس فرضیۀ طب ایرانی، ویژگی های اقلیمی می تواند بر کیفیت گرمی و سردی و در نتیجه میزان تبادل هوا ترویح و در نهایت بر کیفیاتِ صوت و گفتار مؤثر باشد، پژوهش حاضر، با رویکردی قیاسی، تلاش دارد تا با یافتن شواهدی، به رد یا پذیرش این فرضیه بپردازدروش بررسی:ابتدا کتب مرجع طب سنتی ایرانی شامل قانون، کامل الصناعه، ذخیره خوارزمشاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و مطالب مرتبط با موضوع گفتار و مزاج استخراج گردید. سپس جستجو در پایگاه های داده پزشکی و موتورهای جستجو از جمله PubMed و Google Scholar و همچنین پایگاه های داده زبان شناسی صورت پذیرفت.یافته ها:نتایج حاصل، نشان می دهد در شرایطی که طبق مبانی طب ایرانی منجر به افزایش کیفیت گرمی می شود، زبان های دارای واج های درونسوی مکیده و نُچآواها و همچنین حلقی های ناسوده و همخوان های واکدار نفسآلود تمرکز بیشتری دارند. علاوه بر این، گرایش بیشتر تمرکز طیف زبان های سرنمون هجاباز و زبان های دارای بیشترین بسامد واژه های منتهی به واج /h/ در مناطق گرم زمین می باشد. در طرف مقابل نیز، تمرکز طیف زبان های سرنمون هجابسته و زبان های دارای پدیدۀ کامیشدگی در شرایط و مناطقی که منجر به افزایش کیفیت سردی می شود، بیشتر است.نتیجه گیری:یافته های این پژوهش در راستای تئوری اولیه مطرح شده مبنی بر تاثیر کیفیات گرمی و سردی به عنوان یک متغییر بیرونی بر ویژگی های گفتار می باشد. این نتایج، می تواند مؤیدی بر فرضیه پژوهش حاضر درمورد احتمال ارتباط ویژگی های گفتاری بر اساس کیفیات گرمی و سردی از دیدگاه طب ایرانی باشد هرچند عوامل مخدوشگر دیگری هستند که باید در مطالعات وسیع تر مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند.
