تاثیر تمرینات هوازی با شدت بالا بر میزان غلظت IL18، IL6 و پپتید ناتریوتیک نوع B (BNP) در آتش‌نشانان مرد عملیاتی

چکیده

هدف:
حرفه آتشنشانی به‌دلیل ویژگی‌های خطرناک و دشوارش، از جمله مشاغل بسیار پرخطر شناخته می‌شود. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات هوازی با شدت بالا بر میزان غلظت IL18،  IL6 و پپتید ناتریوتیک نوع B (BNP) در آتش‌نشانان مرد عملیاتی می باشد. IL-18 و IL-6 سیتوکین‌های التهابی هستند که در پاسخ‌های ایمنی نقش دارند. پپتید ناتریوتیک نوع B (BNP) نیز به عنوان نشانه‌ای از نارسایی قلبی شناخته می‌شود که در پاسخ به کشش بیش از حد سلول‌های عضلانی قلب ترشح می‌شود، و ارتباطی بین التهابات و مشکلات قلبی در بیماری‌های مزمن وجود دارد.
روش بررسی:
مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون می باشد. در این مطالعه تعداد 48 آتش نشانان مرد به روش هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی و مساوی در دو گروه (24=n) کنترل و تمرینات هوازی با شدت بالا تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی شامل 15 دقیقه گرم کردن با سرعت آهسته و دویدن متناوب 30 ثانیه‌ای با شدت 100 درصد در هفته‌های اول و دوم بود که در هفته‌های هفتم و هشتم به 150-200 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره افزایش یافت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش آنالیز کواریانس (ANCOVA) و آزمون ناپارامتری معادل آن آنالیز کواریانس کواد (Quade Nonparametric ANCOVA) ارزیابی شد. آزمون ها در سطح خطای پنج درصد و با استفاده از نسخه ی 27 نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد.
یافته­ ها:
نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات HIIT تاثیر معنادار بر غلظت IL18 (p<0/001، η2=0/58)، IL6 (p<0/001، η2=0/43)، و پپتید ناتریوتیک نوع B (BNP) (p<0/001، η2=0/48)، داشته است. میزان غلظت IL18، IL6 و BNP در اثر انجام تمرینات هوازی با شدت بالا بطور معنی داری کاهش یافته است.
نتیجه­ گیری:
تمرینات هوازی با شدت بالا سبب کاهش میزان غلظت IL18، IL6 و BNP شده است. توصیه می گردد که تمرینات هوازی با شدت بالا سبب بهبود عملکرد فیزیولوژیکی آتش‌نشانان می گردد.
