چکیده

هدف:
کمردرد یک وضعیت ناتوان کننده شایع و یک مسئله مهم بالینی و همه گیر اجتماعی و اقتصادی در اکثر کشورهای صنعتی و غیرصنعتی است. روش های متعددی برای توانبخشی کمردرد وجود دارد اما دستیابی به روش مختصر، ساده تر و فشرده، نیاز امروز جوامع صنعتی است. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، مروری بر تاثیر پروتکل های توانبخشی تمرینی بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی می باشد.
روش بررسی:
جستجو در فاصله زمانی2010 تا 2021 میلادی و از موتور های جستجوگر داخلی Iran Medex, ISC SID, Magiran, Irandoc, Doaj, Google Scholar با استفاده از کلید واژه های کمردرد مزمن، توانبخشی، پروتکل، تمرین، درد و ناتوانی عملکردی جهت یافتن مقالات مرتبط استفاده گردید. پژوهش هایی که به بررسی اثربخشی روش های مختلف توانبخشی تمرینی بر بهبود درد و ناتوانی عملکردی در افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن پرداخته بودند وارد مطالعه شدند.
یافته ها:
تعداد 16 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب شدند این مطالعات به طور عمده به بررسی تاثیر پروتکل- های توانبخشی تمرینی بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی پرداخته بودند.
نتیجه گیری:
با توجه به پژوهش های بررسی شده در مطالعه حاضر، به نظر می رسد پروتکل های توانبخشی تمرینی که باعث فعال سازی و تقویت عضله های ناحیه مرکزی بدن بخصوص عضله های مولتی فیدوس، عرضی شکم، دیافراگم و کف لگنی می شود باعث بهبود درد و ناتوانی عملکردی در افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی است.
