بررسی دیدگاه بیماران دیابتی در رابطه با استفاده از پورتال های سلامت

چکیده

هدف: 
پورتال های بیمار نقش مؤثری در مدیریت مراقبت سلامت مخصوصا بیماری های مزمن همچون دیابت دارند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه بیماران دیابتی در رابطه با استفاده از پورتال های سلامت، می باشد.
روش بررسی:
یک مطالعه توصیفی– مقطعی در سال 1396 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل 145 نفر از افراد دیابتی بودند که به مدت چهار ماه به یک مرکز دیابت واقع در شهر مشهد مراجعه می کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ای معتبر و پایا بود. تحلیل داده ها با آمار توصیفی و با کمک نرم افزار  SPSS 16انجام گرفت.
یافته ها:
در این مطالعه 50/3 درصد شرکت کنندگان زن بودند و میانگین سنی افراد 40 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد که 70/3 درصد از بیماران با نقش پورتال ها در تسهیل برقراری ارتباط بین پزشک و بیمار کاملا موافق و موافق بودند. 64/1 درصد از بیماران با سودمندی پورتال دیابت و67/6 درصد از آنان با مناسب بودن آن به عنوان یک جایگزین برای تعامل فرد با ارائه دهنده کاملا موافق و موافق بودند. مهمترین انتظارات بیماران دیابتی از پورتال در این مطالعه، باز نویسی نسخه توسط پزشک بدون حضور بیمار، ارزیابی نتایج تست های آزمایشگاهی و ارزیابی وضعیت سلامت توسط خود بیمار بود.
نتیجه گیری:
مشارکت بیمار در فرایند مراقبت تاثیر بسزایی در بهبود کیفیت مراقبت خواهد داشت و پورتال های سلامت می ­توانند نقش مهمی در این زمینه ایفا کنند. از سوی دیگر، برای جلب مشارکت هرچه بیشتر بیمار در روند درمان، باید اطلاعات بیشتری در مورد نگرش ها، نیازها و آگاهی از بیماران در مورد پورتال ها و تجربیات آن ها کسب گردد.
