مقایسه متغیرهای کینماتیکی مفصل مچ پا در ورزشکاران مبتلا به بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا، کوپر و سالم در ‏دویدن

چکیده

هدف:
پیچ خوردگی مچ پا یکی از رایج ترین آسیب های ورزشی می باشد. در حالی که اثرات محدودیت های حرکتی ایستا در تثبیت مفصل مچ پا به خوبی درک شده است، اما محدودیت های حرکتی پویا از شفافیت کمتری برخوردار بوده و نیاز به بررسی بیشتری دارند. لذا هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه متغیرهای کینماتیکی مفصل مچ پا در ورزشکاران مبتلا به بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا، کوپر و سالم در دویدن بود.
روش بررسی:
تعداد 75  ورزشکار به صورت تصادفی در قالب 3 گروه بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا (سن: 4/42±24/04، قد: 20/63±182/6، وزن: 7/06±73/96)، کوپر (سن: 4/96±25/56، قد: 6/97±185/44، وزن: 7/03±77/44) و سالم (سن: 40/71±26/4، قد: 6/52±183/72، وزن: 6/56±74/26) تقسیم شدند. از آزمودنی ها خواسته شد تا بر روی تردمیل با سرعت km/h  10  برای مدت 30 ثانیه شروع به دویدن کنند. اطلاعات کینماتیک با استفاده از دوربین سه بعدی اوپتی تراک ثبت شد و سپس با برنامه متلب جهت ساخت مدل دینامیکی و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. جهت مقایسه سه گروه از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک راهه با سطح معناداری 0/05 استفاده گردید.
یافته ها:
: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد تفاوت معناداری در دورسی فلکشن (Dorsiflexion) و اینورژن (Inversion) مچ پا بین سه گروه در لحظه تماس اولیه پا با زمین وجود دارد (0/05≤p). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد در دورسی فلکشن و اینورژن بین گروه کوپر و سالم تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (0/05≥p).
نتیجه گیری:
نتایج نشان داد گروه بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا دورسی فلکشن کمتر و اینورژن بیشتری نسبت به گروه کوپر و سالم در لحظه ی تماس اولیه پا با زمین دارند. همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین گروه کوپر و سالم در دورسی فلکشن و اینورژن مشاهده نشد. بنابراین استراتژی دویدن ورزشکاران بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا تغییر کرده و می بایست تمرکز پروتکل های بازتوانی بر کینماتیک مفصل مچ پا در فعالیت های عملکردی متمرکز شود تا از پیچ خوردگی های مکرر پیشگیری شود.
