بررسی تمرینات تقویتی سندرم‎ ‎درد‎ ‎کشککی-رانی با تأکید بر ضعف‌ عضلات کمربند کمری-لگنی و چهارسر رانی:‏‎ ‎مرور‎ ‎روایتی مقالات 2020-2010 ‏

چکیده

هدف:
سندرم درد کشککی-رانی زانو اختلالی شایع عضلانی-اسکلتی زانو با رویکردهای درمانی متفاوتی مانند جراحی، کنزیوتیپ، تمرین‌درمانی، فیزیوتراپی، ارتز و پروتز می ‌‌باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی مداخلات تمرینی تقویتی صورت گرفته بر سندرم درد کشککی-رانی زانو با نگاه به ضعف عضلانی عضلات کمربند کمری-لگنی و چهار سر رانی می ‌باشد.
روش بررسی:
مقاله حاضر از نوع مروری روایتی بوده با یک جست‌و‌جوی سیستماتیک جامع الکترونیک در پایگاه ‌های اطلاعاتی (Google Scholar, Magiran PubMed, Springer, Taylor & Francis, ISC) مقالات مرتبط از سال 2010 تا 2020 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. کلید واژه‌ های جست‌و‌جو شامل: Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome"، Strength Training، "Proximal Training for PFPS بود.
یافته‌ ها:
پس از بررسی 324 مقاله، تعداد 64 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود مرتبط در زمینه تمرینات تقویتی پیدا شد. پس از بررسی کیفیت مقالات، 17 مقاله که برنامه‌ تمرینات تقویتی را با نگاه به ضعف عضلانی بر مبتلایان به درد کشککی-رانی بررسی کرده بودند، انتخاب و اثر آن‌ ها بر بهبود درد و عملکرد مبتلایان به درد کشککی-رانی سنجیده شد.
نتیجه‌ گیری:
تمرینات تقویتی به عنوان یک روش تمرین مؤثر در بهبود میزان درد و افزایش عملکرد افراد مبتلا به سندرم درد کشککی-رانی بوده، ولی تمریناتی که علاوه بر تقویت عضلات ناحیه زانو، به تقویت عضلات در ناحیه کمربند کمری-لگنی پرداخته‌اند، اثرات بیشتری بر بهبود سندرم کشکی-رانی نسبت به تمرینات متمرکز شده بر تقویت عضلات مفصل زانو به تنهایی دارد.
