مروری بر تاثیر پروتکل های تمرینی در اصلاح ناهنجاری سر به جلو

چکیده

هدف:
سر به جلو یکی از شایع ترین وضعیت بدنی معیوب است که باعث عدم تعادل عضلات در ناحیه گردنی می شود در این ناهنجاری مرکز ثقل سر به سمت جلو جابجا شده و باعث افزایش نیروی گشتاور روی ستون فقرات و مفاصل گردن می شود از این رو هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر مروری بر تاثیر پروتکل های تمرینی در اصلاح ناهنجاری سر به جلو می باشد.
روش بررسی:
از موتورهای جستجو گر داخلی و خارجیScopus, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar ، PubMed, ISC, SID, Magiran, Irandoc, Doaj با محدودیت زمانی 2015 تا 2019 و کلید واژه های, Protocol, ,Forward Head Posture, Corrective Exercise برای موتورهای جستجوگر خارجی و از کلید واژه های پروتکل، وضعیت سر به جلو و حرکات اصلاحی برای موتورهای جستجو گر داخلی استفاده گردید. مطالعه حاضر به روش مروری سیستماتیک  PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) بود.
یافته ها:
تعداد 11 مقاله بر اساس معیارهای ورود از250 مقاله جستجو شده انتخاب شدند این مطالعات به طور عمده به بررسی تاثیر پروتکل های تمرینی بر میزان زاویه سربه جلو، افراد دارای ناهنجاری سر به جلو پرداخته بودند.
نتیجه گیری:
به نظر می رسد با توجه به نتایج تحقیقات، تمرینات اصلاحی روشی ساده، موثر و غیر تهاجمی برای اصلاح ناهنجاری سر به جلو است لذا درمانگران می توانند از این تمرینات به عنوان یک پروتکل تمرینی مناسب در اصلاح زاویه سر به جلو استفاده کنند.
