تاثیر تمرینات باراوسل بر نمرات آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی زنان

چکیده

هدف:
فعالیت ‌بدنی باعث بهبود وضعیت سلامتی و توانایی‌ های عملکردی در فعالیت ‌های روزمره و کاهش آسیب می ‌شود. یکی از عوامل مهم در پیشگیری آسیب و بهبود عملکرد، تشخیص سریع عدم تقارن ‌ها، نقص در حرکت و ثبات می ‌باشد؛ این موارد باعث تغییر الگوی حرکتی و در نهایت آسیب می‌شوند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات باراوسل (Barre Au Sol) برنمرات آزمون غربالگری عملکردحرکتی زنان بود.
روش بررسی:
نمونه­ های پژوهش نیمه تجربی حاضر شامل 30 زن با دامنه سنی 30 تا 50 سال می­باشند که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب­ و به طور تصادفی جفت شده بر اساس نمرات آزمون غربالگری عملکرد حرکتی (Functional Movement Screening Test; FMS) به دو گروه باراوسل و کنترل تقسیم شدند. آزمون های FMS بوسیله کیتFMS ، قبل و بعد مداخله اندازه گیری شد. گروه باراوسل به مدت هشت هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت 60-45 دقیقه تمرینات مربوط به خود را انجام دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها با استفاده از روش آنالیز واریانس با اندازه ­های تکراری و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی (Bonferroni test) و آزمون­ های ویلکاکسون (Wilcoxon test) و من­ویتنی (Mann–Whitney test) در سطح خطای پنج درصد و با استفاده از نسخه­ ی 26 نرم ­افزار SPSS انجام شد.
یافته‌ها :
نتایج نشان داد امتیاز حرکات لانچ (0/046=p)، بالاآوردن فعال پا (0/025=p)، گام برداشتن (0/046=p) و ثبات چرخشی (0/025=p) و نمرات کل FMS (p<0/001) بعد از انجام تمرینات باراوسل به طور معناداری افزایش داشته است. به علاوه تاثیر این تمرینات به طور معنی داری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (0/003=p). اندازه اثر گروه آزمایشی (4/422= (1،23)η2=0/161 ,p=0/047,F) بود.
نتیجه‌گیری:
با توجه به یافته ‌های این پژوهش و تاثیر معنادار باراوسل بر بهبود عملکرد زنان می توان به متخصصان، مربیان و درمانگران ورزشی پیشنهاد نمود جهت پیشگیری و کاهش آسیب ها در کنار سایر پروتکل های تمرینی از تمرینات باراوسل نیز استفاده کنند. از سوی دیگر نمرات FMS آزمودنی‌ها بالای 14 نشد و همچنان ریسک آسیب وجود دارد. به همین دلیل پیشنهاد می‌شود این متغیرها در تحقیقات آینده با طرح تحقیق آینده نگر با دامنه ی سنی متفاوت مورد بررسی قرار گیرند.
