هدف: یائسگی با کاهش استروژن همراه است و میتواند موجب افزایش سیتوکینهای التهابی از جمله IL-6 و TNF-α شده و خطر ابتلا به بیماریهای مزمن را افزایش دهد. تمرینات هوازی به عنوان یک مداخله غیردارویی مطرح هستند، اما تأثیر دقیق آنها بر این سیتوکینها همچنان نیازمند بررسی است. از اینرو، هدف فراتحلیل حاضر بررسی اثر تأثیر تمرینات هوازی بر سیتوکینهای التهابی در زنان یائسه است. روش بررسی: برای جمعآوری مقالات، پایگاههای اطلاعاتی PubMed، Web of Science، Scopus، Magiran، Irandon، Noor Mags و Sid به صورت سیستماتیک جستوجو شدند و محدوده زمانی مطالعات بدون محدودیت سال تا اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۴ (آوریل ۲۰۲۵) انجام گرفت. برای تعیین اثر تمرینات، تفاوت میانگین وزنی (SMD) و فاصله اطمینان ۹۵٪ (CI) با استفاده از مدل تصادفی و نرمافزار CMA2 محاسبه شد. همچنین، برای ارزیابی ناهمگونی از شاخص I² و برای بررسی سوگیری انتشار از آزمونهای Funnel plot وEgger استفاده گردید. یافته ها: فراتحلیل ۱۰ مطالعه شامل ۱۱ مداخله تمرینات هوازی روی ۶۶۳ زن یائسه نشان داد که تمرینات هوازی به طور معنادار باعث کاهش IL-6 نسبت به گروه شاهد میشوند ( p=0/017 ,SMD=0/700). با این حال، این مداخلات تأثیر قابل توجهی بر TNF-α نداشتند (p=0/148 ,SMD=0/267). نتیجه گیری: تمرینات هوازی در زنان یائسه باعث کاهش معنادار سطح IL-6 نسبت به گروه شاهد شد، اما تغییر معناداری در سطح TNF-α مشاهده نگردید. ورزش هوازی به عنوان یک مداخله ایمن و مؤثر در کاهش برخی شاخصهای التهابی قابل توصیه است.
