تاثیر تمرینات مربع گام برداری بر قدرت، تعادل، انعطاف‌پذیری و کیفیت زندگی مردان سالمند

چکیده
هدف:
افزایش سن علی‌رغم آن‌که فرآیندی طبیعی و زیستی است، اغلب با افت پیش‌رونده در عملکردهای جسمانی، شناختی و روانی همراه است. نقش فعالیت‌های بدنی منظم و ساختاریافته در حفظ عملکرد فیزیکی، ارتقای سلامت روان و بهبود کیفیت زندگی مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است؛ لذا هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین تاثیر تمرینات مربع گام برداری بر قدرت، تعادل، انعطاف‌پذیری و کیفیت زندگی مردان سالمند بود.
روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترل شده است. تعداد 30 نفر از مردان سالمند به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی و مساوی به دو گروه تجربی (سن: 4/8±72/3 سال، قد: 6±169/3 سانتی‌متر، وزن: 9/7±76/7 کیلوگرم) و کنترل (سن: 5/5±72/6 سال، قد: 3/3±167/3 سانتی‌متر، وزن: 6±75/7 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. قبل و بعد از برنامه تمرینات مربع گام برداری (هشت هفته با تواتر سه جلسه یک‌ساعته در هفته)، قدرت عضلات همسترینگ و چهارسر رانی (دینامومتر دستی ساخت آمریکا)، تعادل ایستا (شارپند رومبرگ)، انعطاف‌پذیری (آزمون بشین و برس) آزمودنی‌ها ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس داده های تکراری با نرم‌افزار Open Source (JAMOVI) تحلیل شد (0/05>p).
یافته‌ها:
بهبودی قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای در قدرت عضلات چهارسر رانی پای راست (p < 0.001,η2= 0.74) و چپ (p < 0.003, η2= 0.33) ، قدرت عضلات همسترینگ پای راست (p < 0.001, η2= 0.43) و چپ ( p < 0.001, η2= 0.50)، تعادل ایستای پای برتر (p < 0.001, = 0.53) و غیربرتر با چشمان باز (p <0.001, η2= 0.63)، تعادل ایستای پای برتر (p < 0.001, η2= 0.5) و غیربرتر با چشمان بسته (p < 0.001, = 0.73)، انعطاف‌پذیری (p < 0.001, η2= 0.59) و کیفیت زندگی (p < 0.001, η2= 0.53) آزمودنی‌های گروه تجربی پس از هشت هفته تمرینات مربع گام برداری مشاهده شد، اما در گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (0/05<p) اثر متقابل گروه و زمان آزمون برای تمامی متغیرهای پژوهش معنادار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری:
از یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات مربع گام برداری موجب بهبودی متغییرهای مرتبط با سلامت و کیفیت زندگی مردان سالمند به ویژه تعادل پای غیر برتر و برتر با چشمان بسته و انعطاف پذیری می شود، بنابراین توصیه می شود در جهت پیشگیری از بروز آسیب ها و ارتقای سلامت در برنامه تمرینی سالمندان گنجانده شود.
