مروری بر پروتکل های حرکات اصلاحی در افراد دارای ناهنجاری هایپرکایفوزیس

چکیده

هدف:
هایپرکایفوزیس یکی از شایع ترین ناهنجاری های قامتی است در این ناهنجاری تمایل عضلات قدامی ناحیه سینه ای همچون  عضلات سینه ای بزرگ و کوچک به سفتی از یک طرف و تمایل عضلات خلفی این ناحیه مانند اکستنسورهای ستون فقرات به ضعف منجر به بروز ایمبالانس عضلانی در ناحیه فوقانی تنه می شود. یکی از روش های اصلاح این ناهنجاری استفاده از پروتکل های ورزشی می باشد که جایگاه ویژه ای در اصلاح این ناهنجاری دارد از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر مروری بر پروتکل های حرکات اصلاحی در افراد دارای ناهنجاری هایپرکایفوزیس می باشد.
روش بررسی:
از موتورهای جستجو گر داخلی و خارجیScopus, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar, Pubmed, ISC, SID, Magiran, Irandoc, Doajبا محدودیت زمانی 2013 تا 2020 و کلید واژه های Protocol, Hyperkyphosis, Round Back,Corrective Exercises برای موتورهای جستجوگر خارجی و از کلید واژه های گرد پشتی، هایپرکایفوزیس، حرکات اصلاحی، پروتکل برای موتورهای جستجو گر داخلی استفاده گردید و مطالعه حاضر به روش مروری سیستماتیک PRISMA می باشد.
یافته ها:
تعداد 10 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب شدنداین مطالعات به طور عمده به بررسی تاثیر پروتکل- های حرکات اصلاحی بر میزان زاویه کایفوز، زاویه سربه جلو، تعادل، عملکرد جسمانی، زاویه ساکرال (Sacral)، زاویه شیب، میزان ناهنجاری، بهزیستی و انعطاف پذیری پرداخته بودند.
نتیجه گیری:
به نظر می رسد مطالعاتی که از الگوهای حرکتی و عملکردی که افراد در فعالیت های روزمره استفاده می کنند در برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی خود گنجانده اند برای اصلاح ناهنجاری های بدنی موثرتر باشند.
