تأثیر تمرینات اصلاحی با رویکرد جدید ‏ بر قدرت ایزومتریک افراد مبتلا به سندرم انحراف پرونیشن

چکیده

هدف:
سندرم انحراف پرونیشن یکی از شایع­ ترین ناهنجاری ­های بدنی است که موجب ناراستایی­ های در ساختارهای بخش کمری-لگنی و اندام تحتانی می ­شود. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین تاثیر تمرینات اصلاحی  با رویکرد جدید بر قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات پایین تنه افراد مبتلا سندرم انحراف پرونیشن بود.
روش بررسی:
در این تحقیق نیمه تجربی، 30 داوطلب که سندرم انحراف پرونیشن داشتند را انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی و مساوی در دو گروه 15 نفری گروه کنترل (میانگین ± انحراف معیار، سن: 1/8±12/6 سال، قد: 9/6±166/4 سانتی­ متر، وزن: 9/9±68/6 کیلوگرم، شاخص توده بدن:2/2±24/7 کیلوگرم برمتر مربع) و تجربی (میانگین ± انحراف معیار، سن: 1/72±12/60 سال، قد: 6/58±165/33 سانتی­ متر، وزن: 5/72±67/12 کیلوگرم، شاخص توده بدن: 1/63±24/55 کیلوگرم برمتر مربع) تقسیم ­بندی شدند. گروه تجربی، تمرینات اصلاحی با رویکرد جدید را به مدت 12 هفته (3 جلسه در هفته به مدت یک ساعت) اما گروه کنترل، فعالیت ­های طبیعی و روزمره خود را اجرا کردند. قبل و بعد از 12 هفته اجرای تمرینات، قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات پایین تنه ( دینامومتر دیجیتال) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها آزمون­ آماری آنالیز واریانس با اندازه­ های تکراری به همراه آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح خطای پنج درصد استفاده شد (0/05>p).
یافته­ ها:
گروه تجربی به دنبال12 هفته تمرینات اصلاحی با رویکرد جدید در قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات پایین تنه­ بهبودی معناداری پیدا کردند (0/001>p). اما در گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05p>). به علاوه، پس از انجام مداخله، قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات پایین تنه در گروه تجربی به طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (0/001>p) در حالی ­که این تفاوت در پیش ­آزمون معنادار نبود (0/05<p).
نتیجه ­گیری:
به نظر می ­رسد که تمرینات اصلاحی با رویکرد جدید سبب بهبودی در قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات پایین تنه در افراد مبتلا به سندرم انحراف پرونیشن می ­شود، لذا برای این دسته از افراد توصیه می ­شود.
