مروری بر تاثیر تمرین های ثبات مرکزی بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی

چکیده

هدف:
کمردرد یکی از مشکلات اساسی بهداشتی درمانی پر هزینه در بسیاری از کشورهای پیشرفته و در حال پیشرفت است که اثرات اقتصادی و اجتماعی زیادی بر جای می گذارد. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، مروری بر تاثیر تمرین های ثبات مرکزی بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی می باشد.
روش بررسی:
از موتورهای جستجوگر داخلی و خارجی Scopus, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar, Pubmed, ISC SID, Magiran, Irandoc, Doaj با محدودیت زمانی 2014 تا 2020 و کلید واژه هایPain Exercises, Core Stability, Functional Disability, Non-Specific, Chronic Low Back Pain برای موتورهای جستجوگر خارجی و از کلید واژه های تمرین، ثبات مرکزی، درد، ناتوانی عملکردی، غیراختصاصی و کمردرد مزمن برای موتورهای جستجو گر داخلی استفاده گردید. مطالعه حاضر به روش مروری سیستماتیک PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) بود.
یافته ها:
تعداد 11 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب شدنداین مطالعات به طور عمده به بررسی تاثیر تمرین های ثبات مرکزی بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی پرداخته بودند.
نتیجه گیری:
به نظر می رسد تمرین های ثبات مرکزی، مداخله ای موثر در توانبخشی درد و ناتوانایی عملکردی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی است
