تاثیر شش هفته تمرینات اسپرت‌متریک بر ثبات مرکزی، نمرات آزمون تاک جامپ و جهش تک پا در فوتبالیست ‌های جوان : کارآزمایی کنترل شده‏‎ ‎تصادفی

چکیده

هدف:
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرینات پیشگیری از آسیب اسپرت‌متریک ویژه فوتبال بر ثبات مرکزی، نمرات آزمون تاک جامپ و هُپ شش متر در فوتبالیست ‌های جوان بود.
روش بررسی:
مطالعه حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون است. آزمودنی ‌های پژوهش 29 فوتبالیست با سه سال سابقه فعالیت در باشگاه ‌های فوتبال بودند. آزمودنی‌ ها پس از پیش ‌آزمون به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (14=n) و کنترل (15=n) تقسیم شدند. سپس گروه تجربی به مدت شش هفته تمرینات اسپرت‌متریک ویژه فوتبال را انجام دادند و گروه کنترل به تمرینات عادی خود ادامه دادند. برای ارزیابی از مجموعه آزمون‌ های مک‌گیل، تاک جامپ و هُپ شش متر استفاده شد. سپس از آزمون‌ آنالیز واریانس اندازه های تکراری جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری استفاده شد (0/05≥p ).
یافته ها:
نتایج آنالیز واریانس اندازه های تکراری نشان داد که بین رکورد آزمون ‌های استقامت فلکسور تنه (0/001=p) و اکستنسور تنه (0/001= p) ، پلانک جانبی راست (0/001=p) و چپ (0/013=p) ، نمرات آزمون تاک جامپ (0/001=p) و جهش هُپ (0/001=p) در گروه تجربی و کنترل تفاوت معناداری پس از  شش هفته تمرین وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری:
نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد تمرینات اسپرت‌متریک ویژه فوتبال باعث بهبود ثبات مرکزی و عملکرد اندام تحتانی می‌شود. به دلیل ارتباط ثبات مرکزی و عملکرد اندام تحتانی با آسیب‌دیدگی ‌های اندام تحتانی به ویژه پارگی رباط‌ صلیبی ‌قدامی (Anterior Cruciate Ligament; ACL)، جهت پیشگیری از آسیب‌‌دیدگی، توصیه می‌گردد به منظور پیشگیری از آسیب و بهبود عملکرد فوتبالیست ها از پروتکل تمرینی پیشگیری از آسیب اسپرت‌متریک ویژه فوتبال استفاده شود.cv
